Best baristas around! They remember you and your usual. Seating is a bit crowded(especially if the Chapters isn’t open) and if you sit by the windows in winter keep your sweater handy!

Not my regular Starbucks but I stop by every couple of months, I’ve noticed within the last year it seems to have taken a downhill turn. The couple of staff I recognize are always friendly and polite, but they constantly seem short staffed and thus it really slows down service compared to other locations. There’s ample seating but it isn’t my choice location.

Mmm… I love Starbucks. Yes, it’s overpriced. Yes, it’s a sweet treat. Yes, it’s an indulgence… That I L-O-V-E! Mmm… Try the iced carmel machhiato with added vanilla and cinnamon dolce syrup to taste like a snicker doodle cookie! Did you know they have kid sized drinks for the wee ones for $ 1.25 and you still get a star on your Starbucks reward card for purcahsing?!? Register a gift card or download the app for your phone, collect stars, and earn free treats, discounts, and a free drink on your birthday every year!

I am a regular at this Starbucks because it happens to be on my way to and from work every day. There are many reasons why I continue to come back other then the fact of convenience, those being; The barista’s are always so friendly and polite; every time I’ve gone, they’re smiling and casually making polite chatter with the customers. The service is generally very prompt even during the busy morning hours. When they do fall behind, they always apologize and sometimes depending on how backed up they are and how long you have been waiting, they give you your drink on the house as an apology. This Starbucks has either drop in or drive thru so it’s fairly convenient during the winter season when you don’t really feel like getting out into the cold to drop in. They also serve a variety of different delectable treats and delicious foods. I’ve only had one«bad service» with this location and that was that I ordered a venti, paid for a venti and was given a grande. I contacted them and advised the mistake and was apologized to profusely and mailed coupons. I appreciated that they took notice of their mistake & promptly fixed it.

I’ve been into this Starbucks once before, but only briefly. I’m impressed by the space as it has a high ceiling, lots of windows and decent sized tables. It’s not a residential area, so it seems like most of the patrons drive here. It’s a well laid out, comfortable place. Busyness — For the middle of the afternoon it’s fairly steady and a bit of an older crowd. I guess there must be no schools nearby. Noisiness — Not bad. About average for a steady Starbucks. The drive thru keeps them busy evidently. The music is definitely set to background level. I like that. Ambience — Typical for Starbucks with modern, coffee-shop décor. Power — Power is available to pretty much all the seats, except the center ones. Wouldn’t have far to stretch your power cord though. Free wifi — Available and works well. No connection problems. A touch slow though. Staff — It’s adequately staffed with the usual, friendly staff you expect at Starbucks. Seating — There are 17 seats inside and a patio with about 10 seats. There are two comfortable armchairs at a table and the square café tables are big enough you could probably fit two laptops with mice. Five of the chairs are at a bar, and I’ve never been a fan of them. In all the Starbucks locations I’ve been to, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anyone actually use them. Security — Seems fine. Not a bad area of the city, but you know the drill.
