Nice coffee shop. Good coffee and pastries to complements. Great alternative to Starbucks, and they’re everywhere in Edmonton.

I love this newly renovated coffee shop! The seating is more comfortable with booth seating and free wifi. There’s no longer a bagel place in the same location but with the variety of snacks here, you can find something to munch on along with your drink.
Even though we sat near the counter where there was a steady stream of customers, I didn’t find it was too noisy. It seems to be a popular place for Mac users to come for a few hours and do their ‘work’. There is parking in the front but also out back where they keep the door open.
The staff are efficient and sometimes a little slow with getting the drinks made no major concerns. It will become one of my regular coffee shops to meet friends and colleagues.

The best thing about this location is that it is attached to The Great Canadian Bagel. I’ve had hits and misses at this location with regards to customer service & my drink being prepared correctly. There is NOT drive thru @ this location.

Lots of staff equals quick service. Although this location is not a regular stop for me, it was a welcome surprise. My husband loved his frozen hot chocolate that they made.

I go to this location every so often to enjoy a delicious caramel coretto on my way to work or home.
They are located directly beside The Great Canadian Bagel. The shop is in a pretty good location & there’s a fair amount of free parking around the building.
The service is generally prompt & the employees seem generally polite. I’ve never had a problem or issue with my drinks or drink orders.
Personally I think a really great addition, if ever possible, would be to add a drive thru specific to the Second Cup location. Although that may not work out due to the Great Canadian Bagel location’s drive thru taking half the building. It’d be nice and a bit more convenient. :)
