The first stand-out about this place is the amazing service. The staff are almost always smiling and friendly. The food has always been delicious but I’m not a big fan of their specialty coffees. Basic coffee is about all I will get when I visit. The cold drinks are quite good and I actually do recommend them. Things can feel a little over priced I find.

Caffe Sorrentino makes the best coffee in Edmonton, hands down. They use Lavazza coffee machines to obtain the best ground coffee. You know you’re getting good coffee when the equipment costs an estimated $ 20,000 alone. They also have a wide selection of soups, sandwiches, and gelato. I highly recommend trying the Eggnog Latte during the season or even their hot chocolate. They have adequate seating for many people, and they even have flat screen tvs so you can watch the latest hockey or soccer game while taking a break from walking around the mall. The staff are very friendly and everything is prepared and served quickly. The prices can be quite high for coffee, but you also get what you pay for, and it is definitely worth the price.
