The Telephone Booth

Today, I accompanied a severely visually impaired colleague who was searching for easy to manage smartphones. The amount of care that the sales clerk provided was phenomenal. First starting with helping her choose the right phone, which took quite sometime, he then spent almost 2 hours with her to be absolutely sure she understood how to use it and understand the menus keeping in mind the marked visual impairments.
This contrasts with the poor service experienced elsewhere where sales staff had no patience whatsoever to deal with a potential customer who needed the extra nine yards of service. There is no need to mention the other providers, but if you want the best in care, you will not go wrong at The Telephone Booth.
The only reason my rating is 4 (actually I would give 4.5 stars) is that the selection of less expensive Android phones is limited. Had they had these for sale, my rating would be a full 5 stars.
