We first discover PULP when we went to Noodle Forum but they were closing up the shop since we had a late lunch. Me and my friends vowed to go back on the next Saturday and we did, not only for one Saturday but for the months to come. My usual order was flat white with soy milk and they did a mean flat white! I also like their cold drip as well as the latest addition in the menu, the matcha latte. Sam(the one with glasses) and Tim were always so welcoming, friendly and willing to answer any query that we have. The service for dine-in and take away coffee can be considered quick. It’s a small place and everyone knows how I love micro coffee shop but PULP has a great atmosphere as the shop is quite bright and inviting. They decorated their coffee and table counter with ceramic tiles as well as maximising the use of space by having wall shelving. Wooden accent furniture also suits the polished concrete very well. Wi-Fi is available at this place and they usually put up the password somewhere near the cashier area. PULP is within walking distance to variety of restaurants and easily accessible.

My wife and I come here almost every week. The staff are so friendly and their coffees are top notch. I’ve noticed the place getting busier and busier with people, word of mouth sure does get around! If you’re a bit of a coffee nut, you owe it to yourself to try out Pulp.

Friendly & proactive staff which is a rarity. The coffee was incredible, and it is consistently incredible. This became one of my local joints instantly in the city and I have to say that one thing I’m STILL amazed at is «CONSISTENCY». The crème on my coffee is superb and they are still able to serve you relatively fast during the busy periods. Well done Pulp!

Pulp is so great! I love the concept of this little place. You walk in and feel like you’re hanging out in your friends kitchen. All open spaces the vibe is just great. The coffee here is good too and for those milk haters they have alternatives on offer. Pulp also offer up «rawsome». The gluten free/dairy free treats as well as some cakes and muffins. It’s situated at the Murray street side of the Equus arcade and is definitely worth checking out. The guys here have done something a little different that I think works really well.

It turns out that finding a place in Perth with free wifi is really quite difficult! Layer in the requirement for excellent coffee and it’s near impossible. Unless of course you know about Pulp! Pulp is a tiny store in the middle of a shopping arcade. Serving Sensory Lab coffee on equipment that says«we know what we’re doing» means you’ll be served a damn fine coffee while you read you emails. They also have a nice selection of «healthy» cakes and bliss balls to nibble on. It is small so don’t be a jerk and stay here for hours downloading the latest episode of The Bachelor, okay?

The owners love their coffee and it shows. They take care in making the filter coffee and are happy to explain the origin of it. They have a verity of hario drippers filters etc that you can buy. The coffee is strong and full of flavor. Price wise it is high with a small latte setting you back $ 3.80.

I really like Pulp. It’s a small, nondescript, coffee shop down a newly opened mall(on the old site for Cinema City, which I hold dear to my heart because it was the first movie theatre I visited as a kid… so see Moonraker with my brother). It’s taken a little while for this mall to come to life, and it’s slowly getting there with the help of the people like the folk at Pulp. The staff are friendly, operate quickly and efficiently, and have no issue with workers dropping in for a quick coffee between meetings. These days I go for a very simple long black, but I’ve tried their flat white, and cold drip, and both were enjoyable. I haven’t tried their food they have on offer, but they do look like nice treats. There is always a stream of people, and you can either sit at their«bar» or a small table. Or perch yourself near the window on a couple of simple seats.

This place is amazing, fantastic coffee and bakery items from my favourite bakery in subiaco markets! The coffee is really smooth, and add a nice almond croissant it’s perfect! The people here are so friendly as well.

I love this coffee joint. Sam, Tim & Stephanie are so nice & polite & they make great coffee. The milk texturing is spot on. Nice mod fit out & interesting tiles used for the bench. They will be making quesadillas for lunch in the near future. Bonus!

Located closer to the Murray Street end of the Arcade this café focuses mostly on coffee. They do sell a small selection of baked goods(muffins, cake & croissants) and freshly squeezed juice too(currently orange, grapefruit and carrot). I had a mixed juice, so I’ll have to come back and try their coffee. The fit out was modern yet homely, and the guys on the counter were very nice. I really like all the shops and cafes that are currently open in this Arcade, shame it doesn’t get much foot-traffic.

Really good coffee — nice to have a great place to visit this end of the city. Cold drip was a winner.

I am being a bit cheeky in reviewing the team during their soft opening; currently they are only serving coffee and have yet to offer their planned patisseries and/or quesadillas… Already I am impressed with the layout, friendly approach to customers and the quality of the coffee — the later being the most important! And I am pleased to report the coffee is good; nice temperature, flavour and smoothness to start my day off; the coffees are equal to the upper price range here in Perth so that is why they loose a star. Keep caffeinated Perthians in this ever competitive café market :)
