I’m 5 lessons into my semi private lessons and my changes in strength and core stability are mind blowing in that short period of time. The instructors have a great understanding of body mechanics and understood immediately what I was trying to achieve and built a great plan of exercises around my needs with lots of flexibility to mix it up and keep it interesting. Although walking into a place like this can be intimidating at first, everyone is kind and very welcoming. It’s become something I look forward to on a weekly basis even though the next day I may be sore but better for it.

Agree with everything Laura d has said — awesome floor classes, expert staff, the gyrokinesis classes are an interesting blend of yoga, pilates, tai chi, dance — try if u are looking for that ‘inner calm’. Neil(owner) leads the booty camp classes highly recommended of you want to get your A into G. And of course jasmines pilates classes have been going for years her class variation keeps you totally toned and never bored

The crew at Revolution Pilates are superstars! I haven’t done any of the one-on-one equipment sessions, only ever group floor classes but they are body changing. If you’re looking for a soothing yoga style class, that makes you feel at one with body and mind after the class, this is probably not what you are looking for. Jasmine is the instructor for most of the floor classes and she’s all about results. Though you do feel good afterwards, you feel like you’ve worked out as opposed to feeling like you’ve connected with your inner calm. Jasmine is not there to make you feel good, she’s there to make you look good. Be careful of buying lessons in bulk, even if you call and cancel 24 hours ahead they charge you, so make sure you check your lesson count with them after every cancellation. The classes have changed my body for the better, I’m much more flexible and I find my back doesn’t ache from my desk job as much anymore.
