Big fan of this family friendly recreation park. Plenty of grass, trees and shade to park your picnic blanket. The design of the playground is quite intuitive. I like the way it has been sectioned off depending on the age of your kid(s). The café is great too and not so expensive. Definitely will be a regular place to go with my bubba.

I must say Perth has got some pretty good playgrounds and this one tops the list! Set in the botanical gardens, there are three various playgrounds spread across each other catering to different child age groups. The under 5 bears an interactive and fun at equipment ranging from swings, slides, musical play stand, a bridge and plenty of shaded areas when it gets a tad bit hot. On the other side, you’ll find a large cubby house, pirate ship and a vast area to walk and enjoy the scenic gardens. The place is huge, plenty of grass areas, picnic spots, barbie and even a large shaded deck popular with kids parties. I loved that there is a dedicated kids toilet and taps to wash all the dirty hands after A fun play and roll in the park. It was hard to saying goodbye, the kids wanted to camp here!
