Gave it a run 3 times. Will go elsewhere by choice. Friendly but basic service and the coffee is average. Top end of the price scale, three times it was too hot, down on flavour, over sized and milky — even when a short pour on the milk was asked for. So that’s the way to expect it I guess. Good for those seeking a BIG coffee.

Big glass jars full of delicious looking cookies homemade by ‘my gia’ were the first thing I noticed when I came in looking for a caffeine hit before I braved a visit to Spotlight. The second thing I noticed was how immense the coffees are! I changed my order mid-​sentence when I realised a medium here would be a large anywhere else while a large was literally the size of a large coke at maccas. The girls and guys behind the counter are always friendly even if they don’t go that extra distance to make you smile and the coffee is very good. It’s preparation is a bit hit and miss and I’ve had it too hot and in need of a stir with flavouring stuck down the bottom but the beans they use are very smooth.
