I haven’t tried their chocolates yet but the bread is pretty amazing. Rustic woodoven sourdough is all I have to say. Very good!
Prices are generally around 5 bucks per loaf so it’s not exactly cheap but they usually sell their bread from the previous day for $ 3.50. And believe me, it’s still nearly as good as fresh. I’d much rather get yesterday’s bread from here than a fresh loaf from the supermarket for the same price.

Umm yum! Who doesn’t love chocolate?
This little gem in Burnside Village sells chocolates (obviously) made in Adelaide by Swiss immigrants. There are also stores in city cross arcade and the central market, with the factory at Stepney.
The chocolates are delicate and delicious, with many wrapped and presented as gifts, especially around Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day etc.
They pretty much don’t advertise and are very laid back business wise, therefore they don’t seem as commercial as Haighs, Darrel Lea etc.
But their chocolate is amazing! I love fruity flavored truffles and milk chocolate is my favourite. I don’t like too much strong taste in my mouth, more smooth milky chocolate, and Swiss make chocolate’s for everyone.
