Lisa’s Rolls King

I have passed this place on many occasions, and since I felt like a healthier option for lunch, thought I’d give it a try.
As far as I could see, their main business is sushi rolls, Vietnamese rolls and cold rolls. To be honest, it’s nice to see a cheap, healthy selection in this area, as there are mainly upmarket cafes or unhealthy bakeries around here.
Staff are not particularly attentive … it took a while for them to notice I was there (in a small space — they all had their backs turned). Finally I ordered the satay chicken cold rolls — $ 4 for two. They were both very fat rolls with very thin rice paper — consequently one completely fell apart upon eating, so were very messy. Although a nice lunch, there wasn’t much chicken in there, mainly salad and a few noodles. Then again, you get what you pay for!
I may return to try something else here, but my experience wasn’t outstanding enough to be rushing back there tomorrow!
