Spend Less Shoes

I have annoying clown-​sized feet that, in addition to being huge, are sized somewhere between two shoe sizes. Spend-​Less shoes, with its’ shoes laid out according to size, does me a huge service. When I shop here, I don’t have to have this conversation:
SALESPERSON: I think you’re a ten.
ME: I’m a twelve and a half.
SALESPERSON: No, you can’t be. (scurries away to get shoes.) Try these!
ME: I can’t even get my feet into them.
SALESPERSON: Oh. We’ll try a twelve then.
ME: (facepalm)
Instead, I can quickly judge for myself if there are any appealing shoes in my size and budget. Luckily the latter is generally OK when shopping here, as the store lives up to its’ title, at least in terms of mens’ shoes. I’ve walked out of here with shoes for $ 20 -$ 40. As my feet are a bit weird, they do break through shoes pretty quickly, but I find that happens regardless of the brand I wear, so Spend Less is a good option. They carry a range of shoes for men and women; the men’s range extends from runners to shoes and boots. Although you’re not going to get amazing shoes here, I’ve picked up some interesting pairs that have outlasted some of my more expensive acquisitions from other stores. The staff aren’t particularly helpful as it’s not that kind of shoe shop, but when I take my choice of shoe to the counter, I’m generally greeted with a smile, which I appreciate.
If you’re after inexpensive shoes of passable quality, this is the place.
