This place is what you’d expect from a kiosk on the beach: high prices, not the best quality BUT these guys get 4-stars because the girls behind the counter were smiling AND there was no charge for my extra shot of coffee. Big bonus points there!

Indi Fish and Chips has to be the luckiest position to cash in on the beach bums of Cottesloe. Not only does it sell hot food but also Ice creams and slushies to compensate for the hot weather. Located underneath Indiana tea rooms and next to the Cottesloe beach change rooms– which are slightly frightening. If you just feel like relaxing after being at the beach. Want to sit on a nice bench out of the sun you can buy a cool beverage and relax.

Indi Fish and Chips is a place for fish and chips so close to the beach that you could conceivably step out of the ocean and walk across the white sand to place your order. For those coming off the street, the sign pointing to the place notes that it is an award-winning fish and chip place. It’s unclear what sort of award they won, because the fish and chips are substandard. The chips are old and overcooked, and oily to the point where it is hard to tell if you are eating a piece of potato or fried, congealed oil. The fish is slightly better, although it is clear that the fish is not fresh. Indi Fish and Chips is a disappointment, and considering the plethora of eateries along the street, best avoided.
