History
Established in 2007.
Amberjacks is a family owned fish and chip shop in the heart of Cottesloe bought by Tim and Vidette Wood in October 2007. With fantastic beach side views of the Indian Ocean, it’s a must visit for both locals and tourists alike — especially during the warmer summer evenings. At Amberjacks we pride ourselves on having the most hygienic fish and chip shop using the best and cleanest oil. We only source our fish from Australian and New Zealand waters. We are still very hands on in the business with Tim cutting the fish every day. We look forward to seeing you and we hope after tasting our simply delicious fish and chips — whether in the shop or on the beach, you’ll become a regular customer!
