My dad took me and my brother Laurence here for our birthday year and I loved the place! That may have to do with the fact that my dad and owner were speaking in Italian to each other which I found entertaining but also the overall service was amazing. They were very efficient with serving drinks and took our orders quickly.
We ordered the pizza banca bread as an entrée and with a drizzle of chilli sauce– yum! I ordered the duck for main which was also good… But not as big as I thought it would be especially for the price! We also shared some chocolate mousse for desert which came out in a tray of sweets to choose from yum!
As I mentioned, it was fairly pricey but well worth a try!

What is it about Italian restaurants that can make the most basic of ingredients taste delicious. A nice piece of bread with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar can feel like fine dining and set you up nicely for your meal.
Their pasta is al dente and fresh, they way its supposed to be. It is fine dining but traditional Italian so a far cry from the nearby pizza places. I find that food always tastes better when you stick to the traditional methods and the basics and in this case it is definitely true.
The food is positively mouth watering.
Try the lamb.
