Phở Lam is my local go-to when the Phở craving hits. It’s been a long standing institution on the Canley Heights eat street precinct… Long before it evolved into the plethora of the foodie hot spots it is today. It’s the no frills Phở joint that offers Phở at a decent price, however it seems they’ve caught on and it’s now on par with the current market price for a Phở bowl these days. But do yourself a favour & stick to their Phở variety specials… It’s not called«Phở Lam» because of their rice dishes! It’s hot, it’s intense, aromatic, fresh and just damnnn delicious & always hits the spot.

This joint serves the most delicious beef phở I’ve ever had! Of course we all have different opinions but their beef phở — in my opinion — are enriched with so much flavour. It isn’t dull and unlike the beef phở served in other Vietnamese restaurants within the area… dead. I’ve also eaten their Seafood Tapioca noodles which I have no complaints with. Their Vietnamese ice coffee and crushed ice orange juice are so refreshing. Don’t be fooled by the fact that this place isn’t as crowded(or fancy looking) as most restaurants within the area.
