With a wide range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options as well, you can be sure that you will find something to suit everyone — hot pies, quiches and pasties, house made artisan bread, biscuits, custom made birthday cakes, soft fresh buns and donuts. Coffee mustn’t be forgotten either, and at the Brighton Jetty Bakery we know that bad coffee can be a deal breaker. That’s why we have baristas on the grind everyday to deliver that perfect cup to complement our baked goodness.

Catering is also available, with all of our savoury range available in both family sized and cocktail form, made fresh for you with as little as an hour notice!

History

Established in 2011.

After being part owners in a bakery at Port Elliot for around 17 years, Grace, Jack, David and Sarah have decided to venture further north for a literal sea change. We are incredibly happy to be a part of the vibrant Brighton community.

A family owned and operated business, we have a special affinity for Brighton and the surrounding community, with Grace growing up in Somerton Park and attending Paringa Park Primary as a youngster.

We hope to change the image of bakery food from a last resort junk food to a first choice treat for all the family. We understand that the only way this can be done is to prioritise quality, and ensure that every product we sell adheres to our strict standards.

Customer service is our other key focus, because we want every trip to the Brighton Jetty Bakery to be a memorable one for all the right reasons.

Business Owner

After meandering through University with vague ideas of perhaps entering the medical or psychology field, I was offered the chance to help my parents establish their new premises at Brighton while they were abroad for a month. During this month, I realised that this was what I wanted to do in life. Running a business allows me to combine my love of meeting new people and customer service with the admin challenges of coordinating everything behind the scenes. It’s not the easiest lifestyle, but I certainly enjoy it, which I think is what keeps me looking forward to going to work everyday!
