I used Mark years ago on my almost new Honda Accord and there just isn’t anyone better, better priced and most important, more honest. He loves dogs, he’s great with people and it just doesn’t get any better! Mark is part of a dying breed, he’s a true artisan!

I was referred to Mark by Richard from Russ Ward Auto Body. During that time, I had contacted a few places for quotes on 3 quarter sized dings I had. Mark was the first to respond to me; I also had checked out his Unilocal reviews before agreeing to do business with him. Every single review was a happy customer and what I appreciated the most was his policy; if the dent isn’t 100% undetectable, he won’t charge. That gave me some reassurance.
Over the phone, Mark was polite, friendly, and in person very easy to connect with, thus making the entire process a breeze. Getting work done to your car can be a stressful feeling, but Mark made it so easy for me. I had told him beforehand that my car was backed into while I was at work and my insurance was going to cover the repair cost. Upon completion of the repairs (which was surprisingly fast), I handed him my insurance estimates. Told him they’d be giving him a call and sending payment to his address. That was simple enough. Also, Mark easily could have charged more for his work. My insurance had written out an estimate for $ 211; he could have just taken the $ 211 (or more) since he knew my insurance was going to pay for it and it was not cost to me. Did he do that? Nope. He charged LESS than what my insurance estimated at!
Hands down, no questions asked, I’d recommend Mark to anybody who has a ding they need to take care of. It’s so easy to make an appointment with him because he works around your schedule. He showed up in a truck, took care of business, and I still had the entire day to do my errands. Hell, I’ve already recommended Mark to a couple of my buddies and brother. Stop stressin’ out and call him today.

I love my car! I own a 2011 VW GTI. I’m bummed I didn’t take any BEFORE pictures! But Mark is amazing! This is my 4^th time having dents removed (on 3 different cars). He is prompt, quick and reasonably priced. He removed two dents within an hour (one fairly large and one smaller, both on my hatchback). If you’re debating on whether or not to get that pesky dent removed, DO IT! You won’t regret it. Mark is fantastic!

Mark is seriously so awesome. We bought a certified pre-​owned Jeep Grand Cherokee and it came with some dings. We called him and he came to our apartment to remove them. The next day my husband found some more and Mark came back to fix every single one of them and kept saying that we did not have to pay him. I could not let him go without a cent. That is how good he is. We are so satisfied with his work. He gets the job done, super fast, and his prices are great. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know. Mark came out to my office when he said he would. The dent in my door of my black S5 was BAD, really BAD. Mark worked his magic. While it was not perfect it looked a million times better. I was happy. Mark was not. He would not take a cent from me.
What a guy, what a businessman. A true professional with morals and ethics. Unbelievable. Hopefully I will not need his services in the future but if I do, Mark is the only one I will call. Give him a try. He’s great!!!

I would like to start out by saying mark is the man. He had done 2 door dings for me on 2 of my camaros. The most recent one I have had for only a month. When I left my house in the morning I noticed a pretty decent size dent in the door that looked like it was also popped out and dented. First thing I did was take it to the dealer to see if something in the door was causing it. They said it was a dent nothing in the door. They told me to go to their collision center they use. I did not want to go there because I have used mark before this and he was superb at what he does. But I went to see what they said. After only looking at it for 1 min they told me that paint less dent removal can only get 90% of it out not a 100%. I said what do you mean. They then told me to get it a 100% they would have to sand it down fix the metal and color match it. I said your crazy I have a guy that I know could get that a 100% out. They then told me no way and that the guy has probably not worked on to many camaros which is funny because mark has a beautiful ZL1 camaro. I then left and called mark. Mark came and I showed him the dent. He also saw 2 dents that I could not see I could not believe it that I did not see them but mark has an eye for what he does. Anyway to wrap it mark removed all of the dents 100% even the one the body shop said was not fixable. Mark is amazing at what he does and an awesome guy to talk to. His customer service is outstanding. If I could give 100 stars I would. So if you need PDR do yourself a favor and call mark.

Mark is very professional and demonstrates talent and experience fixing a hard to get, ¼″ door ding on my 2015 Golf. I got a coulple body shop estimates and even got recommendations that it cannot be paintless dent removed because of it’s location. Well, Mark proved them wrong. 100% satisfied and by far the best dent removal guy I used (I have used several others in the past). Highly recommended! This guy was amazing! He came over and fixed my challenger and I can’t even see the dent! (that some rude person decided to hit and leave while I was waking back to it so I saw the whole thing happen!) He was very up front about the price and very professional. I just had my ding taken out of my hood of my benz by Mark. it was a ding that other companies could not get to. Mark gave a big effort and finally got the ding out and it looks perfect.
I will pass on his number to everyone i know and you should use him too.

Mark offers the most valuable and honest service ever… He came to my office and did a repair before lunch. I popped in and out to check up on his work, and with every time I was blown away more and more. He even went out of his way to educate me along the way, offer professional detailing and dent removal advice, and ultimately made sure I was 100% satisfied with his flawless dent removal.
His price was fair and honest. Given that I had described the dent how I wished it looked, opposed to much more severe it really was, the repair actually ended up within the range that was quoted the phone!
Before he left I asked for a few business cards to hand out to the guys in the office, because if/​when shi! t happens, I know Mark will exceed their every expectation!

All i can say is Mark is awesome. he removed 3 dings on my blk bentley flying spur and all i can say is WOW! not only that but he even removed some bad touch up paint at no extra cost. he is a perfectionist and im glad i found him. i hope i wont need him again, but if i do i know who to call. thanks.

I use Mark regularly. I found him working out dents on a Maserati at the dealer. I figured if they trusted him, I could. I was right. Been using him for 3 years. It seems like attract door dings!

I have used other ding repair services in the past and none compare to Mark’s work at M.D. Dings. Mark was prompt, very professional and made quick work of a dent on my 3 month old vehicle.

I can’t speak highly enough about how satisfied I am with Mark’s work. Some fairly large dents near the right side door handles of my BMW are completely removed, along with various other minor dings. Mark is a man of his word, and if he tells you he can remove 100% of the ding, you can believe it!!!

Mark just left my house (yes, an «M.D.» who still makes house calls! Ha — I’m hilarious!) and I am beyond thrilled with the job he did on my husband’s car. To begin with, he managed to make time for me the same day I called and was super nice. He gave me an honest assessment of the damage and what it would cost to fix it. One door ding was horrendous — someone had slammed their door into the car hard enough to not only cause a 2″ dent, but also remove the paint. But Mark also noticed a couple other tiny dings that we hadn’t even seen yet. He gave me a quote for taking care of all the dings and also offered to use touch up paint to fix the damage on the door. I ran out to get the paint from the dealership and he got to work.
2.5 hours later and my husband’s car looks amazing! I can’t even see where the dings were! He even took a ding out of my car for free since he was here! What really impressed me (besides the fact that he is clearly very skilled at what he does) is that he is totally willing to not accept payment for a job if he isn’t able to make it perfect. So many people settle for doing mediocre work and it was refreshing to work with someone who aims for perfection or he won’t charge for it. Lucky for both of us, that wasn’t the case — he got paid and we got our pristine car back.
If you care at all about the type of person with whom you do business, I highly recommend giving Mark a call. He will do a fantastic job for you because he truly cares.

Mark came out and worked on two of my cars today. All of the dings were removed without a trace.

Mark did a great job on couple of cars at my office, including my Evo X MR. He removed 3 small dings on a 4 Runner and you can’t tell if anything was there at all. He removed 2 dings from Evo X and came out perfect. He removed 11 or so dings from a 2007 Honda Fit, and it came out very nice, huge improvement from before.
He attends to the cars like it was his own. I highly recommend him if you need any dent or dings taken care of. His price was fair and he was easy to deal with.
