We started out as a Honda shop and then moved to Honda, Acura, Toyota and Lexus. We now have technicians that can work on any make or model. We are a family run shop and take pride in our work and our employees.

I have been working on cars since I was 14. It has always been a passion of mine to fix cars and it gives me great pride to see a car I have worked on driving down the street. I worked for an independant repair shop for 15 years. I started out as a shop boy and worked my way up to Service Writer. I ventured out to start my own business because it was always my dream to have my own repair shop.

They do a decent job. No more no less.
I was disappointment with the lack of initiative but they got the job done. I went in for an oil change. With my car elevated I noticed a nail in my tire. The tech said he’d look at it. While topping off fluids he said my windshield res was broken. He didn’t offer to replace or quote me anything just said it was broken and that he didn’t do it.
After the oil change was done I asked abt the nail in the tire and he said he wasn’t able to do anything because of the location. I said it looked like a simple plug can fix it. With a small hesitation he agreed and removed the nail. It was no problem and super easy which led me to wonder if he just didn’t want to take the time and do it or he forgot abt it.
Like I said, overall, the oil change was done like needed.
I just wish there was more initiative like offering to fix the windshield wiper res or at least have fixed the nail in the tire without me having to re-​ask abt it when the oil change was all done. I was the only customer at the shop, I could understand if it was busy but it wasn’t at all. Laziness? Lack of initiative? I would only return if I was in a bind and needed minor and/​or a simple oil change done. It’s abt 10 miles away and not worth the drive when the trust just isn’t there.

H Heaven? More like H Hell… I wish there was a way to give ZERO STAR! We tried this business out because of a flyer in the mail. I wish we had read all the reviews prior to bringing my boyfriend’s car in.
We took my boyfriend’s car to H Heaven at 8:30 am and they promised a quote within an hour. At 11:30, they hadn’t called with an estimate yet so he called them. They said «We’ll call you back right away.» They didn’t call back after 30 minutes, or an hour or an hour and a half. So he called them again at 1 pm and he was told his car needed $ 5000 worth of repairs. All he wanted was an oil change and routine maintenance. So he said just do the oil change, brake fluids and spark plug repairs. He asked if this would get done within the day and was told that it would get done. At 4:30 we hadn’t heard from HHeaven so he called them. It turns out, THEY DID NOT DO THE OIL CHANGE OR THE BRAKE FLUIDS YET and they were missing the spark plug replacement parts so they asked if he could leave the car overnight and everything would be done in the morning. By this time, my boyfriend was very upset and said he would just pick up the car because he had asked MULTIPLE times whether everything would be done within the day and was assured EACH TIME that everything would get done within the day. The staff member called back within 30 minutes to say they did find the spark plug part (miraculously???) and would be done in a few minutes. We went to HHeaven to just pick up his car. Turns out they had taken the car apart so we had to wait till they put everything back together. He got charged $ 380+ for getting spark plugs replaced, NO OIL CHANGE WAS DONE! He presented the coupon in the flyer and the cost came down to $ 310+. The parts cost $ 80 and labor was $ 300. This was for working on the car for just a few minutes.
NEVER EVER AGAIN will we come back to this place!!! Horrible customer service (never called back within the time frame they say they will); overpricing; and inability to do what they say they will do. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Best auto repair shop ever. On 1÷10÷16 I noticed a VERY loud screeching coming from the front end of my 2014 Honda Accord, so I called up Steve and he came by later that day, to my house, to check it out for me! Well we couldn’t find out what it was, so the next day I had it towed to the shop, we arrived around 1130 am, Steve and me went to lunch and by the time we came back, the car was fixed! Now THAT is friendly customer service!

I came here because my car was leaking oil. I worked w/​Josh. He was very hospitable and explained every step to me as they determined the cause of my leak. Long story short, the leak was due to an error an inexperienced mechanic made at the previous shop I went to for my oil change. Not only did H. Heaven Auto Repair fix the issue but they provided wonderful service. I can say that these guys are trustworthy and have a passion for what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. They are genuine and care for their customers. I am definitely coming back (I’ll be a life customer for sure). If you are seeking a trustworthy auto repair place who provides great customer service, this is your place! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I chose H Heaven based on the positive Unilocal reviews, and they exceeded my expectations. I recently moved to Huntington Beach from Ohio and had taken my car to a sketchy place previously back east. I was starting to think I wanted to ditch the car because it was all too much trouble. Turns out I just needed to ditch the repair shop!
H Heaven actually repaired what the other place had messed up and explained why I was experiencing problems. Now my car drives like a dream, and for a very reasonable price. I’m a new loyal customer. I love my car again, and I didn’t think that was possible!

I live in Tustin, but I travel all the way to Huntington Beach to these guys because they are not only the nicest, but they’re honest, professional, and considerate. I had problems with my Honda, and they took care of me with the utmost care. Going into auto repair shops can be daunting, especially if you’re not knowledgeable and inexperienced on what needs to be done to your car… but they help you with every process, and explain everything! Great place!

This is the detailed text I got :
This is josh from H. Heaven on the escape there are 4 things I want to go over with you 1) is the alternator it’s not outputting what it should and is hurting the battery replace the alternator is $ 679. Replace the battery so it doesn’t hurt the new alternator is $ 210. The valve cover have gotten worst and need to be replaced and that would be with spark plugs and gasket sets would be $ 945. The reason the coolant light is on is because there is a crack in the coolant expansion tank replace that with a coolant service would be 395.

We can’t say enough about how terrific Josh and Steve are. When my husband’s mobility van needed work, they helped us get the warranty to pay what it should, a process that involved several days and many phone calls by Josh. When part of the work was a dealer recall, Steve even took our van to the dealership to get that work done. We have had our cars serviced at H Heaven for several years and have always been very pleased with their work and the personal care they’ve given us.

H. Heaven is a superior auto shop! I own a Chevrolet Avalanche and a Pontiac G6, two beauties that are being taken off the manufacturer’s assembly, and I wasn’t sure if they would serve us well if repairs were a challenge for us. H. Heaven really takes that worry away. I am so happy this shop takes such good care of the customer and the car! H. Heaven makes it possible for me to know that I can count on being treated very well with superior car service because they will help me keep my cars running for a very long time. They treat us so well.
The Avalanche had a transmission issue and we went to a local shop, not H. Heaven the first time, and we had an awful experience. Tragic, really, they charged us a lot, kept the car for such a long time rats actually ate the wires in the car, we had to supply our own rental and less than two years later, the transmission and the back end stopped working again. My thoughts at the time were that we could not afford to keep this vehicle.
I met Steve McNamara, the owner of H. Heaven, and I took my car to his shop. What a difference. They charged us less money to begin with, they had the car done in less than a few days, and they supplied a loaner for free so we never lost an ounce of productivity. It has been about two years or so and it still runs nicely.
I recently took in my G6 because I hit a curb really hard and she needed some front end work. I love H. Heaven because I told them I only had a certain amount of money and they came in under my budget. Not only did they save me some money on my budget, they fixed a couple problems I did not even know I had and the repair bill was so small for it that I was extremely happy.
H. Heaven is the place for people who love their cars and want to keep them on the road for a long time. I know this to be true because the loaner they shared with me had 325,000 miles and it is still in good shape. You know you have a good mechanic if the car runs beautifully and has that many miles on it. I am so happy to be a customer of H. Heaven! Check them out yourself. They will do everything they can to make you happy too! Great Shop!

Steve and his guys are great! Came in to get my brakes worked on last year and had a wonderful experience! They have a great standard of quality when it comes to their parts and their customer service.
So I got my front and rear brakes done on my 99 Camry, I dropped it off in the afternoon and it was gonna be done the next day. They actually gave me a loner car so that I could drive myself home and to work the next day and back to the shop. Super cool!
So flash forward 8 months, my brakes were squeaking so I brought it in. I guess something on the mounting bracket on my rear drum brakes came loose. The guys tightened and fixed everything up and sent me on my way free of charge.

Steve was very helpful on the phone, answered all my questions and made me feel confident they would figure out and solve my problem. Family owned business. Honest people who are willing to go above and beyond. First time i went in about a year ago Josh took the time to actualy prioritize the things i needed to get done on my car. He was patient with my requests and even sent me a $ 25 gas card for refering a friend. If they can’t help you something, they will direct you to someone who can. This place was mine and my girlfriends first choice when I lived in HB and we still try to go to H Heaven for major car repairs.

I think H Heaven is probably better than a Honda dealership for repairs. And they are very nice, I guess. However, at one point they convinced my husband that my car needed about $ 2,400 in repairs to get it to stop the engine from stalling when I came to a stop at an intersection. Turns out all I really needed was a $ 240 part. Did they refund me for all the money I wasted while they guessed at what was wrong? No!
When my husband’s car started to fall apart repeatedly, and expensively, about 6 months ago, I said, «Get rid of the car and get a new one.» Steve told my husband, «I’ve looked through your file, and we’ve done just about everything, so once we do this last thing, it should be perfect.» Six months, a half dozen repair visits, and about $ 8,000 in repair costs later, paid to H Heaven, my husband finally gave up on the car and bought a new one.
I figure Steve didn’t want him to get a new car because he knew he couldn’t milk us for a lot of money anymore with the new car. BTW, Steve offered to sell my husband his car for about $ 24,000. If Steve had offered to sell it to us for $ 24,000 minus the $ 8,000 wasted over the last six months, we might have bought it.
My husband still thinks H Heaven is great, but I’m not convinced. Sorry Steve, I’m just calling it like I see it.

I recently took my Ford F 150 to H Heaven to have maintenance some work done, and I was impressed in every way with my experience at H Heaven in Huntington Beach. After inspecting the truck, Steve offered options and ranked them in order of urgency. Once we agreed on what work would be done, Steve gave me a loaner car and told me what time the repairs would be completed. When I returned at the appointed time the work had been completed for the agreed upon price and the truck was cleaner than when I gave it to them.
Speaking of clean — everything is clean here. The yard, the work area, the tools, the technicians, the waiting area, and even the loaner car were all immaculate.
Steve and Chuy tell the truth, communicate clearly, and are really easy to deal with. They are absolutely professional in every way. We’ll be back whenever we need work done on our car or truck.

I will start with a little bit of history. We have been going to H Heaven for years. We started with them when Bill and Anna owned the shop it was great then, they were the most honest people you would ever meet. So when we got the letter that they were retiring and had in fact sold the shop, I have to be honest we were concerned. That concern immediately disappeared when we met Steve and the guys.
H Heaven is a wonderful shop filled with nice guys who offer great service. They are honest, give recommendations on future work that will need to be done. Chuy and Kevin are always ready to help and offer advice. This was proven again yesterday, my niece was down visiting from out of town and ended up with a flat tire on her Honda. Right at closing we called, Chuy said he would be there a little late so bring the tire and come on over. We got there, he immediately found the problem and had the tire fixed in less than 5, no charge. That is unheard of these days, but is due to our loyalty and they had just worked on one of our cars that we picked up the same day.
Some recommendations have suggested their pricing is high, I haven’t found that to ever be the case, but have only compared to the dealer. When it was time for new tires on my Honda Accord, we checked Firestone and Costco. I wanted the same tire I had, H Heaven put the tires on for less than the other two places. If they are ever higher, it is worth it to me for the quality of work and service provided.
It is a pleasure doing business with them, customer service is lacking today, but not at H Heaven. They are and will continue to be our choice for car repairs, I won’t go anywhere else.
