Worst place to get a pedicure… I will not be coming back … The service is RUSH… The girls appeared to be looking at the manager who gets upset if they don’t work fast … The girl pretty much cut my nails and washed my feet and scrub for like 2.5 seconds… When she proceeded to dry my feet I was like wait are you done? My feet feels dirty and rough… She then look at the manager and back at me and said «if you want callous removal is $ 10 more dollars … I said ok … She applied a gel to my feet and then tells me they won’t be smooth but it will be better … At this point I was over it … NEVER AGAIN … Bottom line place is overpriced, Rush, and the service is shitty !

Went in today for the usual mani/​pedi! So excited, since I have not be able to get to the nail salon in a while & could not wait to treat myself & relax! HUGE MISTAKE GOING BACK HERE! All the regular girls did disappear, and it is a bunch of new faces… I tell the woman I wanted a pedicure, she seats me in the chair and immediately goes «spa pedicure & callous eliminator»… Mind you, without even looking at my feet, demanded that I needed this! Told me it was 50 $. And proceeded to do it, without waiting for me to answer… In which then I replied saying «NO I JUST WANT A REGULAR PEDICURE». And she continued, 3 more times to try and make me buy this 50 $ package… To which then I again said with an attitude what I wanted!
On to the pedicure part, it was completely rushed! She did not even cut my cuticles! Chopped my toe nails down to nothing, burned me with steaming hot water! And no massage! Just threw lotion on my legs and pulled my pants down! Whole thing, took maybe 10 mins… Not relaxing at all especially when she kept yelling at me for not picking a polish, when I did and I handed it to her when I first sat down. Oh and the best part! She did not like the one I chose, so she went a picked a color on her own. And kept telling me it was much prettier! At that point I had given up any fight!
Manicure– I tell her only to file my nails, in which she grabs the nail clipper to cut them! So I pulled my hand out of hers and said «NO! Only file»… Then she goes to only soak my one hand for 2.5 seconds. Doesnt soak the other and starts cutting my cuticles as they are dry! And only does the side of my nails. Tells me how she refuses to cut my cuticles and the bottom of my fingers cause itll make them «rough». Well excuse me, that I am the one paying and I want done what I am paying for! So I made her cut them and she was clearly angry for doing «extra work». That she cut me. SEVERAL FINGERS HAD CUTS! And they all look horrible! All said and done, mani was about 5 mins!
Rushed, over priced, rude, rough, they only do what is best for them NOT YOU! Save you $ and go else where, some where u can truly relax!

I used to come to Bella for waxing and mani/​pedi services. I found that many of their great employees would leave after a short time. I never understood why the people who work there either looked miserable or scared. I started putting the pieces together when I noticed that most times my mani/​pedi was being rushed and the person working on me continued to look at the owner/​manager and run around (literally) trying to finish to get to the next person. My thought is that they were trying to get as many customers/​services in as possible. I think their motto became quantity over quality. So with that said, I haven’t returned. They are slightly more expensive than other salons and I never used to mind because they would ensure great service. However, I cannot see paying more for less.

No respect for regulars! I go to Bella nails frequently and sometimes I go in just to have my gel manicure removed. They have charged me $ 5 for this service in this past, since they are just removing the color and not giving me another manicure. Today the manager decided to charge me $ 10 and even had the nerve to say she was cutting me a break because they usually charge $ 15 for that. I reminded her that they had charged me $ 5 in the past and how I did not even get any color put on, and she just shook her head at me and told me that it was a fair price. $ 10 just to get color taken off! Not to mention she was very rude to me and argued with me until I was out the door. and she is the manager of the establishment. I never usually write bad reviews but had to share this. Definitely not returning!

After a long search of Nail Salons in the Bronx/​Yonkers area, I found Bella Nail Salon. I LOVE them. They do amazing pedicures and manicures that last (although I’m a bigger fan of their gel manicures) The place looks clean, well taken care of and relaxing. I highly recommend them.

The first and last time that I will ever step foot in this nail salon I should’ve known right from entering that it would be a terrible experience. I walked and wanting a gel manicure and walked out with just getting my nails filed with no polish because that’s how terrible the experience was. I was getting anxious just as she was filing my nails, she cut my cuticles and made me bleed and did a terrible, I was kind enough to say simple say that I changed my mind and did want any polish because I was not going to pay 25.00 for a shitty gel manicure, but I really should have said I was not satisfied with the service and not have to pay. So upsetting!

I have never felt so rushed in my life, particularly at a beauty salon where you are supposed to feel relaxed! The moment you come in, they ask you to pick a color. I knew what color I wanted so it was not a problem for me, but I heard another customer complaining and saying: «Please stop rushing me; I don’t like to be rushed». Anyway, being efficient is one thing, but when the speed and being hasty affects the quality of the work performed, there is an issue. The girl who was doing my manicure and pedicure was in so much hurry that she was not being careful. The file was going all over my fingers and toes and it really hurt. When she used a nail clipper, she clipped me twice (in one spot and it actually started to bleed). At that point I told her she hurt me. Not sure if she understood what I said because no one speaks English at this place.

This nail salon is very expensive. They constantly pushed the UV gel nails on you. I caved in and got the set. It was expensive 105 dollars with a pedicure. They kept telling me it would be cheaper for fill ins. When I went for a fill in and a pedicure it cost $ 90 dollars. It also seemed like the nail technician was annoyed to work on it. $ 90 for a fill in and pedicure, no thanks. Hardly anyone in there speaks English either.

Horrible! The nail tech rushed and I had to ask her to re polish my nails. By the end on the day my nails started chipping.

This is my go to nail salon. Love the environment and the ladies that work on my nails. Great color selection too.

This is a beautiful nail spa. It is so clean, you can eat off the floors. Unfortunately what I have a problem with is their tactics to upsell. I went in and asked for a full set of acrylics. They pretty much told me they don’t do that so they gave me the UV gel which cost $ 75. The woman proceeded to tell me how bad acrylic nails were for you and that the gel is so much better for your nails. I doubt it… they’re all bad for you. I then asked for a pedicure with the razor. They told me no that the razor is against the law. My family has been in the salon business for years and I never heard any such thing. They ganged up on me to try and sell me the callous remover gel for $ 15 on top of the pedicure. Seriously? I googled it and found out the razor isn’t illegal in NY so I told them to stop insulting my intelligence. They finally admitted that it wasn’t illegal and if I wanted the razor that I would have to bring my own and they would charge me more for it. I declined the pedicure from them. I was done. I found out from a friend that they do in fact do acrylic but they try to sell you on the UV gel. Guess they suckered me into that one. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for years. They average $ 40 for a full set and $ 17 – 18 for the fill ins. This place charges $ 75 for the full set of UV Gel and $ 40 for the fill ins. I’m not poor or cheap but I can’t justify paying double for something that I think is the same as what I’d been getting. This place is way overpriced and I will not be going back there ever again, not just because of the price. What I’m really offended by is the lying and the upselling. I know what I want, I don’t appreciate their tactics. NEVER AGAIN!

Just had a mani/​pedi and I’m very satisfied with the service!!! I felt extra pampered and great. I would highly recommend this establishment.

This place is overpriced. $ 95 for a full gel set. The 2 times I have been there it took over an hour and a half. I can’t speak for the girls who do the mani/​pedis, but the 2 older ladies who do the gel are wayy to rough. Made my fingers bleed both times, and filed my nails down to almost nothing. Won’t be going back.

This place is to pricey for me. I got my nails a silk wrap with designs and an eyebrow wax for $ 88. I will not be going back.

The first time I got my nails done here, it was really fabulous! I loved the environment because it was so organized and CLEAN! What I really disliked was that after a few days my nails would chip! After spending so much money, there is absolutely no reason for my nails to chip! I now go elsewhere for my nails. I pay less than half the price, and my nails NEVER chip.

Total fan. First time here and it’s definitely my new place. Clean, thorough, friendly and professional. Good parking and other services in same plaza.
