This is just an amazing place. I’ve been going here for over a decade for their breakfast special. It’s delicious, and at a great price. The pre-made food can run a little expensive, but on the rare occasions I’ve had it, it’s been delicious.

Wow! What a great sandwich I just had over the weekend from here! My good friends live relatively close to this location so she suggested we go here to grab a bite to eat before convincing her husband into adopting a new kitty! We arrived at the location to a line out the door and had her husband hold a spot for us while we shopped around inside. As soon as you walk in you realize its a small location but its packed with so much goodness! This deli has everything from deli meats to cheeses to fresh produce and also freshly prepared sandwiches ready to go. We were looking over some of their prepared dips and decided to pick two up for ourselves. We decided on the herb & spices and the bacon & cheddar. The herb and spices was definitely the winner here, we spread it on these everything bagel chips they sold there as well. The bacon and cheddar was a thicker dip and wasn’t too good(too thick for me) but good thing we got the herb and spices. I ordered the Forester for my sandwich which is black forest ham and melted brie cheese with honey mustard on a croissant. It was so friggen good but is very rich. My friends ordered the forester and the STJ which is smoked turkey with jarlesburg cheese and honey mustard on a croissant and split it. When you order a sandwich it comes with kettle cooked chips and a nice deli pickle slice. The pickle was the bomb along with everything we ate that afternoon. A very important thing I want to point our as well is that they have Boylan birch beer and pretty much all the other flavors. I washed my sandwich down with a birch beer and a crème soda! Can’t wait to come back and try out some more amazing sandwiches!

This Deli/Amazing Market has been a staple in our community for years. Watching it grow from a small Deli in a strip mall to two locations offering endless wonderful menu items has been inspiring to watch. I have countless memories of parties in the community catered by this amazing group of people, and have never had something I didn’t enjoy. The sandwiches at the deli when you need a quick bite are finaminal and with all of their good fortune they stay reasonably priced! I highly recommend giving them a try!

Hair on sandwich, they replaced it but I did not even eat it, they dont wear hair nets and you can count on them having bad attitudes most of the time, its crowded and the food is usually pretty good but pricey.

Hands down best sandwiches I have ever eaten! I had the privilege to live close to this and the Franklin lakes store and it was the go to spot for great breakfast(HUGE egg ham and cheese sandwiches!) and the best lunch specials around! The«Turker«is my favorite! All the food is very fresh and the meats of the highest quality… They also offer a huge variety of ready made dishes(awesome chicken fingers, chicken parm, and the mac and cheese is the shit!~) So many great salads soups and desserts as well. You really must try this place at least once in your life!

This deli has been here for a very long time providing local working people a spot to grab and go at prices that won’t break the bank. Quality meats, cheeses, fresh bread and a little creativity go a long way in satisfying my hunger. Support local business! BSE10

I remember when I worked here back in 1990 I was so young and Tony the owner gave me a chance and working in the back with Chris Blauvelt I learned so much. The market basket is exceptionally clean with a professional staff so please support this local business.

Usually in this day and age when you start getting involved with branching out, food loses quality and things just go downhill. Not true when it comes to the Market Basket Deli. This is by far not the same place as the one up the street, but more of a satellite deli. You can get everything you normally get at the deli, and they still have stuff pre-made like you find in the regular store. It does get busy at lunch time, but so does the other place. Be careful when it comes to parking… it gets tricky!

Huge heaping sandwiches on freshly made bread? Plus a pickle and chips? Under $ 7? Sign me the hell up! Well actually if there was a list, I’ve been signed up since the 90’s. My family’s used MB for catering for a long time. But for sandwiches while working in the area, I’ve been going since about 2004. Prices have increased only slightly over the years, thank God… and the quality is as good as ever. The Turker, California Club, Sloppy Joe, and STJ are the best on menu full of great choices. I even pick them up before heading to a Yankees game, and everyone around me always asks where they are from. We all laugh cause if they were from the stadium they’d be $ 17. Great soups here too!

Theoretically a nice local grocery, but the prices are high and the quality of the produce is just terrible. I’ve had so many strike outs at Market Basket that it is depressing. Bland sausage and meat. The other day was the last straw. I ordered some macaroni and potato salad and both were spoiled. I should have been paying attention because another lady was getting a refund… Thankfully I got one too… But my tongue is still numb.

Best place for sandwiches in NNJ. You get a huge, high quality sandwich, chips and a pickle for less than $ 6! You can’t beat that any where else. Be sure to try a Swiss avalanche. It’s not on the menu, but it’s basically the same as a sloppy joe, but with all turkey.
