I used to go to Lisa Marie for my haircuts, she’s absolutely amazing! The only reason I don’t go to her anymore is because she’s typically booked for a while when I call. About a year ago when I called for her they said if I wanted a haircut that week they could set me up with Yona. I was nervous at first because I had a nightmare experience with a hairdresser at the place I used to go but they kept assuring me Yona was very good so I booked it. Very good is an understatement, Yona is a goddess. Every time she does my hair I feel like I’m on Taylor Swifts level, she’s absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend Yona and Lisa Marie.

Me & my husband both go here for massages. I’ve been to a few other places & this place is by far the best in the Worcester area for massages. Highly recommend their spa services.

Ever since moving to the Worcester area 4yrs ago I’ve been trying to find a salon that met my needs and didn’t hair shame me! I finally found it!!! My anxiety was on high alert walking in to an upscale salon, wondering if they would be able to work with my Damaged never mined Hispanic hair. I sat in Chelsea’s chair and she was very kind, honest and made me feel as though she was actually listening to what I wanted and combined it with what I needed!!! I gave them a three because what I got wasn’t that complicated and because when I go back I wanna see if I was lucky or if magic can happen more than once!

It has been almost been 4 years since I go here for almost everything. Love Nadya for her great work, kind personality and professionalism.
I had mad appointments for my mom (facial) and sister (massage) and they both had pleasant experience.
The staff is overall courteous and very nice.
Highly recommend!

Made an appt in advance for a full foil. Two days before my appt I was told that if I wanted to keep my appt, I’d need to «leave with wet hair». What??? There was «no time for a blowdry in her schedule» I even offered to change my time (come in any time that day) or stylist. I was just told no. Moving on…

My family and I have been going to this salon for a few years now and love it!!! The receptionists are so incredibly welcoming also greet us by name when we walk in. Nadya is absolutely lovely and we only go to her for waxing and facials. We trust her completely and also come out with brows that are exactly the same, not one’s that look like cousins. For hair, Crisie is the person to go to! Every time we go to Crisie we just asks for the usual. Anytime we have an event, we book months in advance as not to risk having the day/​time booked with her. Both Nadya and Crisie are invaluable employees who we will be continuing to go to. I recommend these two individuals to everyone I know as they never disappoint. It is always a pleasure to come here!

I’ve gotten several facials here, along with a few hair cuts and color. The staff are very friendly, and did a great job making sure I was happy with the results. I’d definitely recommend.

This place, in one word is ‘HORRIBLE’. I have been here twice now (I did not learn my lesson the first time) and BOTH times they have butchered my hair. I walked in earlier today with LONG hair and walked out with a stock photo townie high and tight. I look like Austin Mahone on drugs its fucking pathetic. This man who cut my hair must have only learned how to do 3 hair cuts. He had like 16 inches to work with and now I look like a chia pet. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE TURN BACK NOW WHILE YOU STILL HAVE THE CHANCE.

I would also like to add that the girls were also very time conscience! They got us in and out right on time! Again, thank you St. Cyr for all of our bridal needs!

I’ve been here a few times now with different hairdressers and eyebrow techs and everyone has always been helpful, patient, and devoted to make the client beautiful and happy. Love it! Today I had Nadya and walked out with absolutely perfect eyebrows. It’s worth the $ 16 and more — you lie on a massage table with low light, soft music, a hot neck wrap, and get a mini-​massage around your eyes. How could it get better?! Most soothing eyebrow wax ever.

Never again!!! Worst experience ever! I was attending my step daughters wedding and booked a hair and makeup appt. A young girl did my makeup, my mom in law said I looked like I had a black eye. I looked and told her it was not what I wanted and to remove, I would do my own makeup at hotel. I said let’s just do the hair. Time was running out, I needed to be ready in 90 minutes. She started to curl my hair which I did not want. I said I am really starting to get nervous now, it’s getting very late. Just tease top and do a straight pony tail. She said I will be right back. I saw the customer to my right looking at me and said to her, please don’t think I am nuts, I am having a bad day, I had to remove my makeup and I am nervous about the time. With that, the manager came over and said we will not be able to finish you! I said what? She said I made the makeup girl cry and I would have to leave. I was shocked, I did not yell or raise my voice to her and I did admit I am getting very nervous about the time. She then told me I was not to speak to other customers, and if I did not leave she was calling the Police! If I wasn’t in dire need to get hair done, I would have encouraged her to call police, but if had to beg to stay and finish. A lovely girl Carolyn came and did some of my makeup and a young girl did a ponytail for me. I paid 105.00 plus tip for a pony tail and half face of makeup. The nerve of this girl to threaten me with the police! My behavior did not warrant her actions. She is not management material and the girl that did my makeup needs to lose her sensitivity when dealing with the public.
My mom in law also asked for her hair to be done. The young man that did her hair was exhausted, he said he went to bed at 4 am, it was now 9am. He had little sleep, her hair looked worse than when she walked in! Every time I saw her, I thought they just washed her hair. I had to go to hotel and tease her hair and spray it. She looked as if she slept on her hair! I felt so bad for her! Run as far away as possible! Also notice not once did the mgr or owner try to reply on this site and apologize to an unhappily client. The best part of it all… I am an officer myself!

After only 4 days, the polish started chipping on several nails. Kinda crazy that when I paint them at home, they’ll last 2 – 3 weeks with regular polish. The manager issued a refund after I called to let her know about the experience. So kudos to management for offering a quick resolution!

I went in for a couple’s massage. I had Jessica, she was fantastic! I was recommended to her by a coworker. No regrets at all. I would definitely be back next month to see her again!
My bf had Marlena. He loved her!
Update:
I came back for a facial one day with Nadya. She was okay in my opinion. I would go back to my original place in Shrewsbury for my facial.

I went to St. Cyr for a Brazilian wax. The inside of the salon is very well put together and soothing. The room in which I was waxed was well and professionally decorated. However, when it comes down to the matter of the waxing, I was not happy. Before I set up my appointment, I explained that I am African American. I wanted to be sure that the esthetician would be familiar with the most effective method to provide the service. I was assured that the estheticians work with people of different racial backgrounds and this would not be a problem.
When the waxing was finished, it was not done properly. I did not have the smooth finish I anticipated. In two to three days, the hair grew back. I thought was odd because I understood that a waxing removes the hair from the root, therefore it would take some time for the hair to grow back. I called the salon and spoke to the esthetician with whom I worked. She said this was to be expected because I was in the midst of a growth cycle. Future waxes would be more effective. Therefore in order to get the full effect of the Brazilian wax, I would have to come back to the salon two or three times. I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for fifteen years and each previous Brazilian wax was effective immediately. After the initial waxing it took anywhere from a month to a month and a half for the hair to grow back. This is the first that has ever grown back so rapidly and the first time I’ve been told that a Brazilian wax needed to be done several times to be effective.
In sum, I was not impressed at all with the work for which I paid a pretty penny. I haven’t been back.

Still five stars! I recently got a massage with Carolyn as a birthday gift to myself. Oh my gosh! Her hands are magic! Highly recommended! I can’t wait for my next opportunity to have another one!
Also, Liz, the makeup artist I had for my wedding, has moved to GoBare Aesthetic Studio, which is also in Worcester. I have not tried GoBare yet, but if you want quality makeup done or need the services of a highly skilled esthetician, she is your girl!

Judgmental and/​or (just plain) rude staff. Hair dresser was not impressive. Overall, given the price, I was incredibly disappointed.

Nadia is by far the best esthetician, ever. And I have been to a number of spas (read: I may potentially be a diva), so I know. St. Cyr is all Dermalogica, which has been the perfect skin care line for me. Nadia is great at recommending what works for you — and she’s never trying to sell products. She also suggests what they sell in the spa, as well as what I could get at CVS, and describes in detail the differences and pros and cons of each. And you can buy most of what they have online for a bit of a discount, so now that I know what works, I have been doing that!
Moving on to the facial, Nadia really is a skin miracle work. She exfoliates, massages, and moisturizes until your skin is glowing so much it looks new. I am never really a fan of the extraction process, but she is quick and painless, and lays on the compliments during the whole thing which makes me feel good about myself, all while she’s fixing my imperfections.
She adds in the hand massage and warm hand-​mitts during the relaxing mask at the end, and I usually doze off into happy bliss. Nadia– you are the best.

I grew up in the area and this was for the longest time this was my go to place. I’ve had multiple services done here and have drastically different reviews for each. Overall nice salon, good amount of parking, prime location. The stylists are friendly, the front desk is nice but select receptionists are a bit snobby.
Massage: Great 1 hour massage, soothing music, fell asleep within 10 minutes. Targeted all muscel areas that needed more work than others. Reasonable price.
Color: Reasonabile price as I have thick long and somewhat curly hair yet not the best results. Left salon with dye on my hairline, had to buy special dye removing pads from Sallys to remove. Quality full foil was done (natural not chunky highlights), yet not the color I was going for. Overall it was too dark with too blonde of highlights making me look very pasty. After changing stylists my later visits were more pleasent, no dye on my hairline, yet didnt leave as thrilled as i would like to leave the salon.
Cut: Reasonable price, cut a little too much off. Used razon in select areas to suite hair type which was nice.
Wax: Facial waxing, great — easy and quick.
Brazilian waxing was horrible! Very tramatic experience, it was my 3^rd time and 1^st for this service at St. Cyr. The staff member used hard wax and cloth strips (not the best out there), she did not explain the process and basically told me to change, lay down, and how to arrange myself. Longstory short I left not only with minor bleeding but with a skintag removed! When mentioning it, she stated ‘oh people would pay to have that removed’… that isnt the point. Also after done, she did not instruct me to apply bacitracin and baby powder for this sensative area as i discovered with my current esthetician.
Overall I will not return to the salon as I have found better services and quality elsewhere, yet will give massage giftcard packages as gifts for the holidays.

I don’t find their prices to be as expensive as some have described — they are typical of a salon and spa, at least in my experience. I’ve had my hair cuts & color, facials and massages here. Everything has been good but one of their massage therapists (Marlena) is the absolute BEST. I don’t live that close anymore and have a hairstylist somewhere else so her massages are the only reason I make the trip out there. The price for an hour massage is $ 65 which is actually on the cheaper side.
The reception area is well organized and it seems like everyone knows what’s going on (this has not been the case at other spas). I’ve never had difficulty getting appointments when I want them, or having to wait once I arrive. It’s beautiful inside and there is plenty of parking. Everyone is professional and even though there is a salon in there, it’s not terribly loud (and it’s on a completely separate floor than the spa).
They are also good with customer service issues. 5 or 6 years ago, I had some foils done and some of the color ended up bleeding onto the lighter color. When I called, they had no problem fitting me in and fixing it for no charge.
