The guy sounded nice over the phone, so I made and appointment to get a fob key programmed. He said he had the equipment to do it. When I got there around 4 PM (was supposed to be open till 5 PM). There was no one there. As I was leaving, someone (I guess it was the owner) pulls in front of one of the garage doors, opens it, then pulls his truck inside. I pulled up and rolled down my window. But before I could say a word, he came out and said «WHAT!!» in a very rude voice. I asked him if he was open, and he barked ‘No’ then went back inside and continued to close the garage door. Very unprofessional, take it from me and STAY AWAY! With service like that, this place will not be in business much longer.

I had an oil change done and my brakes checked recently. I dropped my car off in the evening, and picked it up the following day after work. I was called as soon as the work was done, and payment and pick up took all of 5 minutes.
ADI is friendly, fast, honest, and efficient. The service is well done and reasonably priced. I’d recommend ADI to anyone in the greater Worcester area looking for car service.

This place is H O R R I B L E
We had our car brought there and they tried charging us $ 210 to replace a coil in the car. When we researched the amount of the part and how much they supposedly charge an hour they were over charging us at least $ 90. When we called them on it, they screamed on the phone and said, «Fine! We’ll take $ 100 cash». So we agreed to that number and then not even 5 minutes later they called and said, «Forget it. We took out the new part and put back the old. Deal off» So we had to tow it to another autoshop.
It’s as if they got upset because we called them out trying to overcharge us then they retracted their deal out of pride without even trying to rebargin. Unbelievable. They must be spending too much time in Adam & Eve– the adult store next door!
Take your car someplace else! There are plenty of places in Worcester!
