Talking Leaves tutors understand that a cookie cutter approach to teaching does not work. Rather, our tutors create an individual lesson plan for each student or small group they work with.
History
Established in 2013.
Talking Leaves Tutoring Services was founded because I saw the need to provide quality tutoring at reasonable rates.
There is so much evidence and research that shows that teaching students one-on-one or small groups is so powerful. Unfortunately, class sizes in many schools are increasing in size to a point that students aren’t receiving the individual time attention the need and deserve.
Most of the students I have worked with aren’t lacking the skills to understand subject matter in their classes. The majority of them just feel rushed or embarrassed to ask a question in front of their peers.
That’s where Talking Leaves can help. When your child works with one of our tutors they won’t feel the pressure to rush through an assignment or embarrassed to ask any question.
