History

Established in 2005.

Pari Schacht started Nurturing Wisdom to give parents and students an in-​home tutoring option that is not only convenient, but is also effective and nurturing. Nurturing Wisdom now has more than 150 tutors who work with students throughout Chicagoland and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Meet the Business Owner

Pari S.

Business Owner

Pari started her career in education as a high school teacher. While working at New Trier High School, she discovered her passion for tutoring when she saw her students flourish with one-​on-​one tutoring and mentorship. This inspired Pari to start Nurturing Wisdom and focus entirely on customized education delivered by inspiring educators.

In addition to starting Nurturing Wisdom Tutoring, Pari helped create Vine Academy in Hinsdale, IL and start a Montessori preschool for her son. In her free time, Pari enjoys reading about education, discussing education, and coming up with ideas for how to ideally educate kids :). This obsession with delivering the best education is her priority personally and the top priority at Nurturing Wisdom.
