Grandson(6) was hungry and asked to go through the drive-thru. I asked for his happy meal and they asked boy or girl. I responded boy. After we got our food he said I don;t know what this toy is. I stopped in the lot and looked at it and didn’t know either so I opened it to find a «Shopkins» which apparently was a pink plastic shooping basket and accessories. That was not right so we parked the ar and went in to request an exchange for a boys toy. We were told they couldn’t because it was opened. I explained why I opened it and they still said n. I asked for the manager and they said that person was not there. Never again. And we left the«Shopkins» toy on the counter.

The drive thru lines can get very long and the employees almost never will ask a car to pull ahead when their order is not ready. The management does not seem to care about improving the restaurant. The prices are 10−20% more than several corporate owned McDonald’s in the area. The restaurant on the inside and the parking lot are often dirty with trash and debris all over. It s not unusual for homeless people to walk around the parking lot or drive thru areas and ask for change. If it was not for the convenient location, I would go elsewhere. This McDonald’s location has a lot of business and should put some revenue into improving the facility.

I’m in general not a fan of MacDonald but still I passed by for breakfast this morning due to lack of time. The filth and smell pretty much pushed me out the door. I don’t know if they were changing shifts or what not but this was nasty smell to take in 30 minutes after you wake up. Not my selection at all. Awful!

Only 5 customers in this restaurant, but everything was filthy and the male employee at the register was in a horrible mood. When i asked him if they still have drinks for a dollar he simply said No. When the next customer in line asked about the same question, he told the customer it was only through certain Macdonald location only. I’ll attach a picture of the trash pilled up in the cans. They need to do a better job with cleanliness.

I’m a regular, convenient and great hours… but the quality of food and service has gone way down hill… I mean either way cold, or stale but two different times in the last month my food was totally inedible. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

58% PRICEINCREASEOVERNIGHT! Not a huge fan of McDonald’s or any other fast food chain. With that being said, I do frequent this establishment daily since it’s in walking distance of my work. Today, at lunchtime, I went in for my usual $ 1.09 large unsweetened ice tea order. To my surprise, the total came to $ 1.73 instead of it’s usual price. I had to do a double take and request for the total again. The look of pure astonishment on my face prompted the employee to explain that McDonald’s had increased their prices. I said, «To a $ 1.73?» and his response was«Yes». I think I was so shocked, I didn’t know how to respond so I just finished paying for my drink and left. All the way back to work, I just couldn’t believe what a HUGE hike in a price for a freaking ice tea. With so many options for beverages around my work(The Villages opens tomorrow), I will be taking my business elsewhere. McDonald’s lost their weekly $ 7.63 from me. — GREATJOB, Corporate America!

I ordered a Buttermilk Crispy chicken sandwich and small fries around 7pm(today) drive thru. At home I open my burger and there were no tomato. I am a big tomato-in-a-burger person and since it was nearby i decided to go back to get a new one. The manager was nice and said she can give me a new burger and small fries since it got cold by now. But she found out they ran out of tomatos. So imagine there had to be more customers who probably didnt get their tomato and they were still packing them and didnt tell the manager until I got there. So i had to order something else that didnt need a tomato and reluctantly got 10 piece chicken nuggets. Then i had to wait for manager for over 5minutes w my chicken nuggets getting cooler so was then getting so annoyed that i just wanted to leave and just get my full refund and go get my dinner somewhere else. Manager walked off to do something i guess. When she retuned i was now hoping this was free bcaz i dnt even want chicken nuggets, i had to drive back and waste time/gas for their mistake, & waiting there w my food getting cold, im starving. I had no other food at home to eat. But she deducted and gave me the balance, wow. Totally turned off and dont want to ever go back to support such an inconsiderate business ethic.

The food and service are exactly what I expect of McDs, so no complaints about those. Three stars for being average. I’m taking back two stars because the owner of this location engages in price gouging. Construction next door for a huge Costco/Westfield mall project ramped up a few months ago, so a lot of construction workers stop by. Over the past few months, the prices of many value menu items went up as much as 25%. If you go to other locations in the LA area, the prices haven’t changed recently and they are pretty consistent.(ex: Sausage McMuffin is usually $ 1.19, but here it increased to $ 1.39.) If they lower the prices after the work is done, I might edit this review and the rating. OK, so it may seem silly quibbling over 20 cents, but I believe it’s all about the principle. Instead of coming here twice a week on average, it’s maybe once now. The amount I spend per visit is also about half. The only reason I still go is because McDs is the only fast food game within reasonable walking distance of my office. To add to Maria P’s review: there are usually a few people who don’t order anything or who use the parking lot to sleep overnight. They’re not shady, but it’s pretty obvious they aren’t regular/paying customers. Though it doesn’t affect my rating, this place is the DMV of fast food joints; a motley crew for sure…

McDonald’s has been undergoing many changes lately and I hope that they continue making tweaks in the right area. I am sure that they would benefit by offering their breakfast menu 24-hours. Sometimes an Egg McMuffin sounds good in the afternoon or late evening!

This place sucks in terms of service, even for a McDonald’s. Let me elaborate: on today’s rare occasion I decide, «hey let’s have a McDs breakfast». I was down the street so I stopped by. I got in the drive through at 10:25. I checked this because I know I wasn’t getting my breakfast after time. Plus the menus were still good. AWESOME! so I’m waiting, and waiting… And waiting. I finally go to order and his response is «it’s lunch time». «But, I was in line before the cut off, there’s nothing left you can do?» ITSONLY10:33 Nope. Ugh. What a rude way to ruin my start of day and my treat, all because your business was so slow that it took me 8 minutes to order, and another 9 minutes to get through the second half of the drive-thru. In total, I spent 17 minutes of my life in this mess of a drive-thru and got nothing. Never coming back to this McDonald’s.

The service here at this specific location is fabulous. I mean I know it is a McDonald’s but honestly it can be very frustrating when you want to get in and out of what is supposed to be fast food and it ends up taking longer that 15 minutes. Every now and then I will go Sunday or Monday morning as my cheat meal I get a McGriddle. I’ve never had a complaint or missed any items unlike other locations where I have been highly disappointed expecting fast food and only receiving slow food and a waste of my time. Now if you dine in you would expect, you know, a McDonald’s but this specific location is very cozy and comfortable, you don’t get any shady people come in instead i notice lots of lovely old people who get together in the mornings and the occasional construction workers from next door that are building the addition to the topanga mall. Now I’m just ranting, best McDonalds ever !

Had an hour to kill before my meeting in Woodland Hills so decided to chill out in this McDonalds locations. Got a iced caramel mocha($ 2.99) which was made pretty well. The person behind the counter had some trouble understanding my ascent but did not give me any attitude and was patient.

«Jalapeños ?? We don’t do that!!» Although there is a HUGE sign saying that for .25 cents you can«kick up your sandwich«with jalapeños . Always bad service I don’t understand why we keep coming here !!! Well this will be out last time.
