Went through the Drive Thru and ordered Breakfast. Checked my order and I was not given one breakfast item. Went inside to have them take care of this. Was helped by the manager and she acted as though I was inconveniencing her. Very unprofessional and RUDEBEHAVIOR !!!

This place is quite small. Probably not the best location for children or even adults in my opinion. But it serves its purpose for lunch hour I’m sure.

I really enjoy the speed in which they operate here. They should really invest into their location though. Looks a little run down and machines are constantly out of order. Nice cashiers and fresh coffee.

It could have been a little more tidier near the drink area but other than that pretty clean for a location. The service was pretty ok. In a mall location and the a little tiny but there is additional seating in the food court if it gets busy. I wished the cheese on my burger was melted but meh just a cheeseburger.

The staff seemed friendly although the location is pretty small. All I have to say is that for a fast food location, they really require a fast pace in their customers. I wasn’t personally shooed out of the store but they have a sign saying you only have 30 minutes to eat. The guy working the register too seemed a little agitated but still friendly.

I am not a huge fan of McDonalds to begin with, however, having small children I find myself visiting often. This particular location has a policy in place which, I believe, is discriminatory against families with children. My children attend a dance academy located within the same mall. On breaks or between classes we often go to this mall location of the popular fast food chain to get a quick bite to eat. When I ask for a cup for plain water for my 8-year-old, I am told that they will not provide one. «We don’t have any tap water, sorry. You can but a bottle of water for $ 1.50.» I have never heard this from any other restaurant. When I called the customer service dept. of their management company, I was informed that they have a problem with«teenagers stealing water» from their soda fountain which is hidden from view by a large wall. I still feel this is a lame excuse not to provide free water to actual customers, and for this reason I recommend against visiting the establishment.
