Kory’s Hauling and Junk Removal Service

Just called this company and I’m amazed they have all 5 star reviews.
They answer the phone just saying hello, and I asked if this was junk removal. He said yup… And wouldn’t inquire what the junk is, where it is, if there is a fee… nothing. It was like pulling teeth talking to this person.
‘I have a BBQ and patio heaters to be picked up… Do you do that? — Yup
’Okay… Is there a fee for that?’ — Yup
’Can you tell me what is is?’ — No not yet
I mean… Do you want the business??? So unprofessional. Don’t even waste your time calling… Wish I could tell you the guy’s name that picked up but he didn’t even care enough to tell me

Kory was awesome! I had a spa that I had been debating to it removed. Search all over Craigslist and Unilocal and I could not find a place that I felt comfortable on the price. Contacted Kory, sent him the dimensions and a picture of my spa along with my location and we agreed on a very reasonable price. The next day he shows up, on time, and almost 3 hours later, the spa is removed, area cleaned up and he even hauled a couple items for me.
His assistant was great and good worker, I forgot his name and it’s a shame because I was impressed by his hustle.

I’m a busy executive who in between meetings found out I had an urgent, unexpected need for some cement rubble removal at my rental property. Found Kory on Craigslist, texted him, he showed up at my property in 30 minutes, called me to tell me what he saw, could do, recommendations, etc. He took care of it. I texted him payment. Done and done under 2 hours. Thank you, Kory! Will use you again with advance notice next time :)

The large beautiful peach tree in my front yard just fell over a few days ago. The tree blocked my entire walkway to the house and crushed other shrubbery in the yard. I quickly logged on to Unilocal to find a removal service with reviews I could relate to. Additionally, Kory picked up my call on a Sunday afternoon immediately, and assured me that the work could /​would be completed the day after I give him the «green light» to do the work. My gardener quoted $ 300 but could not complete the work until next weekend (6 days). Kory quoted $ 350 but could complete the work Tuesday (2 days). Kory and Oscar came prepared with their tools at approximately 9am, and within a couple of hours, they cut the tree up, loaded all of the pieces into their large truck, then swept up all of the trash, saw dust, and loose branches around the entire yard. He also cut a couple of pieces off of the tree because wanted to try to root it. Kory also emailed the invoice to me promptly.
In summary, Kory has terrific communication, he professionally provided quality services and staff at a fair and competitive price. I would most definitely hire Kory again.

Responsible service and great prices. Accommodated a weekend schedule and was able to roll with small changes keeping to his estimate and taking the time to do the job right. Will definitely recommend Kory to anyone looking to have stuff hauled away!

Hired Kory to remove some yard waste. Found him on Unilocal.Bottom line… he showed up on time, removed the waste, swept up the trimmings and honored his price. No fuss. What more can you ask for from a hauling and junk removal service. We would use him again.

We had some junk in our driveway that came from remodeling a kitchen and bathroom as well as some that came from the prior owners who removed all appliances from the house & left us a joke of a stove on top of bricks & other trash, anyways we called a few people before coming across Kory’s business. We should have called them first (2 other companies did not show up nor cancelled) as they did a phenomenal job. They arrived early, cleaned up everything and even took some pictures to text my husband as he was not home. They left a bath tub behind that didn’t fit and came back 2 hours later for it as they said they would. Very friendly and professional. I will use them again when we remodel the upstairs bathroom.

Kory removed a very old and heavy sofa bed from my apartment and I couldn’t be happier. He was polite, nice and very professional. He was available for next day service and gave me a great price. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to others.
