I just had CDD here to shred tax documents and legal client files, and after they had put all of the documents in their truck and I asked to see the shredding process through the promised camera. The driver then told me the camera was broken and I could not see anything and then told me to sign a certificate of destruction. I said I would not sign because I had no way of knowing what he had done with my documents. And I still have no way of knowing what hey did and whether the document were actually shredded. I contacted them and have received no response yet. Seems like a complete fraud to me.

when I moved from Arizona I had to bring business tax records with me and this is finally the last year I had to save them. I have dealt with data destruction companies both here and in AZ. This was by far the BEST document destruction experience I have had. Everything went as planned in fact they were early, took care of all my data in the rain and were on their way in no time. would use them again and recommend them to everyone. its really nice to have them come to you and the prices were reasonable. very happy

Great customer service. I called them because I needed to shed a small box of documents. The lady informed me they charge $ 6 per box for shedding. That is a great deal knowing my documents will be completely shredded. I drove over to their office and went inside. I was met by a really nice lady at the front desk. The same person I talked to on the phone. I showed her my small box and told me it would only cost me $ 3 to shed them. Honestly the best deal. I will definitely come back to get my documents shredded and well refer the company to others. Thanks again!

This company lacks proper communication skills and is horribly disorganized. The program coordinator is horrible at communicating with the drivers and extremely disorganized and flighty. I can tell that they were the lowest bidder for my company because their lack of professionalism shows that they are careless about the quality of the business they do. They have left bins unlocked and open on more than several occasions (which violates several laws and privacy standards in my workplace). They have left us with broken bins that would open just by hitting the lock with your hand. They fail to show up to empty bins on scheduled days. There are countless discrepancies that have been brought to their attention but never fixed/amended/acknowledged. DO NOT use this company. You will not be satisfied.
