We offer FREE water damage restoration/​mitigation, fire/​smoke damage inspections and estimates, so you can decide if your loss is big enough to report it to your Insurance Company; if that is the case we can bill them directly.

History

Established in 2007.

After being part of 2 of the largest water, fire and mold restoration companies in the area and seeing the opportunity to serve the residences of Northern VA, Maryland and Washington DC in a better, more dedicated and personalized manner, the founder/​GM of ServiClean Inc decided to adventure in the business arena. Not as a franchise, because our believes are than being local requires a more efficient, consistence and professional way to conduct business, that in the mid and long term will benefit us and our local customers.

Working from home, with a small van, few pieces of equipment and a helper, he started knocking on doors and doing what he likes and he does best, «serving and helping customers in a different but more personalized manner». After few years of hard work and honest service we can be thankful for all those people that gave us the support and trust we needed. Now, we work from a small warehouse office, with few professional crews but with the same principles. Thanks

Her first job was an accountant; she managed all payables and receivables among other things, this helped her to build her experience in the financial /​administrative areas, job she did for over 10 years. After a big change in her life, she gave it a try in the insurance field, as sales producer and customer service representative. This job was full of good experiences and challenges as well; she learned about how important was to obtain the complete satisfaction from her customers in order to succeed while helping them to protect their families, assets and future.

Life is not static and change came along one more time, now in the restoration field, the opportunity arose and she decided to join «the flock». She is putting all the knowledge, experience and desire to your service. Your complete satisfaction is on top of her priorities every day.
