At Get in Shape for Women, a women’s fitness studio, our certified staff is here to help with the steps and support to make it work. A personal trainer helps hold you accountable so you can reach your goal using these four basic components.
1 Weight training (strength training)-To develop muscle tone and burn calories.
2 Cardio (aerobic training)-To burn fat, calories and get your heart in shape
3 Nutrition-To help you customize a meal plan that works for you.
And most importantly…
4 Accountability. You need to be held accountable by someone other than yourself. Our personal fitness trainers schedule your workouts, call you if you don’t show up, and check your weight every week.
Get In Shape For Women is affordable, and appointment based, so you get the attention you deserve from a personal trainer. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of weight training, 25 minutes of cardio, and nutrition support, for a complete, balanced fitness program that produces amazing results! Call

Who We Are
Get in Shape for Women is a transformation model focused entirely on results. One hour small group training sessions held in our private, upscale studios allow women to achieve the health and fitness goals they’ve always wanted. Get in Shape for Women offers a complete training program encompassing weight training, cardio training, and supportive nutrition in each session. Our experienced and professional trainers hold clients accountable by helping them set a measurable goal, scheduling appointments, tracking progress and checking weight, body fat percentages, and body measurements regularly.

I am a fitness professional/personal trainer with over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. I have helped hundreds of women of all ages achieve weight loss, health, and fitness goals they never thought possible! I am the former owner of Power & Elegance Fitness Training. I was introduced to the Get In Shape For Women model in 2009 and was quite impressed with the amazing results women were achieving. I then decided to work with the company as a manager and nutrition consultant. I loved the model and concept so much that I purchased the Woburn studio in July 2012!
