Dairy Queen

Food took a long time even though there were only 3 other families there. My burger was burnt to the point that I had to smother it in ketchup to choke it down. Bathrooms were disgusting. Out of toilet paper and towels all over the floor. This was at 11am on Wednesday so it isn’t like they just came off the lunch rush. This was obviously how the bathrooms were left the night before. There was a talk show playing on the radio that was discussing child sexual abuse in graphic detail. This upset my 12 year old daughter.

Don’t go here. Terrible customer service. I ordered a blizzard and they gave me the wrong one. When I inquired the lady at the countered tried to argue and was very rude about it instead of fixing it. Ive had better service at a Dairy Queen.

It’s Dairy Queen, what can I say? We all know it, we all love it. Was on par good Dairy Queen food, service was surprisingly quite good.
When I’m on vacation I don’t generally like to to somewhere that I can go at home, but Dairy Queen is a worthy exception to the rule!

Well I stopped in here the other day for one of my favorite deserts, The Peanut Buster Parfait. I stepped into the wash room to wash my hands when I noticed that the toilet seat was smeared with dry poop. I almost walked out because the sight of that & the thought of a Peanut Buster Parfait didn’t blend in that well.
I went ahead & decided to get a Peanut Buster Parfait. The staff member behind the counter was very polite & nice & the desert was pretty good. It put my mind at ease about deciding to stick around & order desert.
The location of this Dairy Queen is very convenient. It is located along the Wisconsin Dells Pkwy, which is a road that is pretty populated with some of the bigger businesses & close to the newer hotels.
This location has a dining area inside which not all Dairy Queens have. This location also has a table outside to sit at & eat your desert. Overall with the exception of the dirty bathroom everything was pretty good. The staff was nice & The Peanut Buster Parfait was good. I would eat here again if I was in the area because of the good deserts & convenient location.

It’s been a while and for whatever reason this dairy queen has gotten even BETTER. It smells wonderful, it was VERY clean, I ordered an ice cream sundae (hot fudge was PLENTIFUL) and everything was just the right consistency and in generous helpings and I don’t understand how it was so perfect. All of us had «the perfect» ice cream treat we wanted. It even TASTED better than any ice cream I’ve had in eons. The only thing that could have been better was that our server could have had a smile on her face instead of looking like, «omg I hate my liyf I work at like, dairy queen.»
4.5 stars!

Standard Dairy Queen — not much more that can be said about it. With its high traffic location, this place gets very busy. I much prefer the one in Baraboo.
