Corpus Waxing & Spa

To be fair this is the only waxing place I’ve ever been to but I’ve sent my friends here already and they love it too. I visit regularly and have never been disappointed. The owner and staff fantastic real people that are very welcoming and allow you to ask questions and answer them in the most non-​judgmental way possible. They make you feel at home which is really special. Don’t go anywhere else!

First of all how could my review be fake? You even confirmed my time as a client. Yes, I did see my dermatologist at Advanced Dermatology and her name is Ann Lidowski. And I paid your technician and gave a 20% tip (how is this being cheap?). I didn’t know something was wrong until I got home and waited for the swelling and burning to subside, but it never did. I only review companies who I feel have seriously injured me and to warn others of your practice. You were not the one who waxed me. And to after claim I was lying and demanding I show my injured vagina to three other people including the manager is rediculous. Absolutely not. I had to personally walk in there for my refund because Noone would issue it to me. They kept claiming you would call, and you never did. Highly unprofessional. You were no where to be found. even after I showed up. And there is another fair skinned lady on here who had the same thing happen a few years ago, so apparently I am not the only one. You can’t possibly think that just because your friends review you, that others who had a bad experience won’t be Unilocaling as well. And I actually do have positive reviews on my acciunt. I give credit where credit is due and you and your company failed miserably. BIG FAT F. And it doesn’t take much education to become a licensed waxer. I hold a nursing license and a bachelor’s degree. And y I u can bet word of mouth that I will tell everyone I know about my experience and to read how unprofessional you are as a business owner on this review. You just made yourself look that much better. Maybe you should attend your practice and actually be around because your staff couldn’t even work the iPad that you call a register.

I highly recommend Corpus Waxing — I have been a very satisfied customer for several years. Dea, the owner, and her team are extremely professional and efficient in providing services. Everything is very clean, the value well surpasses the price, and they make waxing a very easy process. My thanks and congratulations to the group for doing such a great job.

I decided to try a new waxing place. I came across Corpus through Unilocal and scheduled my appointment. My waxing appointment was with Wes. I think it was the best Wax I’ve had. She made me feel comfortable, was really fast, and painless. If I have to recommend any first timers, I would highly recommend Wes at Corpus. You want this to be ur first experience, your second, and every experience after!

Wesley is the best. She honest-​to-​god gets up close and personal with the tweezers. She really cares about doing a thorough job. I always get brows, underarms, and a Brazilian. I have never been disappointed. The service and prices are fair, and the owner is nice. If Wes ever left, I would be so disappointed.

I have had many bikini waxes and I must say this place is going to be the only place I will go. No matter who does your wax you will not be disappointed. WES is my personal favorite. the owner makes sure her girls know what they are doing and they make you feel totally comfortable and relaxed. Love that place!!!

This was my first time getting a «little more intimate» wax done. All I can say is WOW! Victoria took care of me and was so nice as soon as I walked in the door. She asked me if it was my first time at the salon, I replied my first time all together. She quickly put me at ease, explained the process, what to expect, etc. She was experienced and very professional. I will recommend her to everyone I know! …going back in a few weeks for sure! I usually don’t do reviews, but I did appreciate the reviews I read before going to Corpus Wax Center… I hope this help you all into making your decision!

Awesome. Very well done. She does awesome work. Best facial and full body wax ever. Fully recommend this for anyone. Victoria was so awesome and professional. You will trust her and her techniques instantly. For you guys who haven’t waxed before, this definitely the place to go. Very clean and well kept. If you’ve never tried waxing, I would highly recommend coming here first. Having been to other places, this waxing center and the service I’ve received here is no comparison. In my opinion, it’s the best in town! Dea is both professional and friendly. With summer already here, it’s a good place to have on your list!

As usual, Jade was a doll :) Im currently 39 weeks pregnant and a brazilian can be a little frightening when your this far along but Jade makes the experience as comfortable as possible. I cant wait to come back!

I had never gotten a wax done downstairs before BUT I was going to the Bahamas for a New Year’s vacation and I figured I would give it a shot. I asked on Facebook for referrals. I had several friends say one name: DEA. I called & scheduled an appointment, She was able to fit in me on a Friday late afternoon (¹²⁄₂₈) without any hassles.
Dea is super sweet. I explained it was my first time and she said «No Problem. I will explain everything in the room». DEA has a gentle touch and the process went smoothly (pun intended). No tweezing was necessary and I was in & out in about 30 mins. I pay $ 50 and tipped. Inexpensive considering the quality of work that Dea did.
DEA has a customer for life. I do understand that some ladies will not be happy with the bare bones look of the place. However, if you want extravagance– you’re going to pay for that overhead. Dea’s place is clean and located in a nice area of Winter Park. You don’t need much more.

Wow! Dea really is the best in Orlando! If you’ve read my other reviews, it’s like I’ve been on the search for the Holy Grail when it comes to finding an aesthetician for brazilian waxing.
At last… my search is over! Janice B. gave her a great review and I agree with her wholeheartedly.
I found Corpus Waxing through a Living Social deal. But honestly, her regular price is only $ 45 so she’s a bargain anyway…
What makes Dea so great?
1) She’s nice :-) I’m sure that sounds silly… but I say this because I’m amazed by the snotty attitudes I’ve come across in Orlando. I REALLY appreciate a good attitude and a nice personality. Especially when I’m going to embark on such an intimate relationship with someone haha… I’d at LEAST like a smile with the service.
2) She’s professional and educated. Dea takes great pride in what she does, and you can tell by how she conducts herself. She explained things along the way but she also didn’t talk incessantly.
3) It didn’t hurt at all! She uses hard wax for everything. Some other places will use soft wax for other areas because it’s cheaper, but she uses hard wax from head to toe. There was no hair breakage at all, so she didn’t even need to do any tweezing.
The location is kind of hard to find due to the lack of signage. But, if you can forgive her for that… she more than makes up for it with her great service.
