I have a Cane Corso. Kitana she has been going to this location since she was 8 wks old. She had 3 months of training in what used to be called Doggy Bay. To make it short I belive there needs to be some sort of loyalty to clients who pay a 300+ fee for being a member, brought there dog for boarding and daycare at least 3x a week. I had something come up and needed to leave her since I’m a member till Sept I called them they said NO because I haven’t spayed her. So in other words I get no benefits of membership because I didn’t spay my dog. I didn’t get any money back so I lost that. I called around to see if anyone else would take my dog for the weekend from the 5 I called with excellent ratings 3 said she was welcomed. It’s sad to say but a business that is not loyal to its customers or at least tries to work with their clients won’t be on my list. Anyways I’m done with them to top it off I told them how disappointed I was and they said they would call me about it, but I never got a call in 3 days. lol!

This is the best dog care in FTL!!! Thank you for taking such great care of Bucky!!! Very friendly knowledgeable staff that treated him like part of the family!

Such a great place to bring your pet either for a day or to be boarded for a few nights. Staff is very courteous, friendly and energetic. Lots of great advice was freely given regarding diet and grooming tips. Facility was open and spacious and clean. Big indoor play areas for large dogs and small dogs separately. Great service at a great price.
