To be fair, I’m not a big fan of Panda Express. I mean, I love the Orange Chicken, that Crispy Beef, the fried rice and the noodles. Everything else, I think I could pretty much skip. Parking here in the lot is also busy, with Sees Candys next door and a Chipotle on the other side. So why am I writing this review, about a chain? Well, I have to say after being in a few Panda Expresses, taste wise this is my favorite place.(Out of 4 Panda Express that was forced on my own will). Maybe I got a super fresh batch? I’m not sure but I can surely tell you when I picked up my online order, there were plenty of people in line. Thank goodness I can just head on over to pick up. So use code TABLE4TWO for your B1G1 °F orders that ends the end of December when you order online. Definitely a good deal if you like that sweet, sour, and that Psuedo Chinese food taste!

It’s nice how customers are greeted upon entering the restaurant. Despite the busy hour of day, the staff was very generous and seemed completely unfazed by the line of people waiting to order. The service was efficient and servers behind the counter were quick to take our order. Samples of any entrée are offered to you to taste before ordering. The restaurant has an open kitchen so communication between the cooks and servers are quick resulting in a speedy delivery of food to diners. We’ve eaten here many times. Today my wife ordered the 1-item combo of string bean chicken breast with fried rice and chow mien noodles. I ordered the 2-item combo of mushroom and orange chicken with fried rice and chow mien noodles. We both enjoyed our food as we usually do. Our last visit I had the delicious black pepper chicken which comes with a nice pop to it. Would definitely have it again. The food is a little pricier than competing Chinese fast food places, but with the quality ingredients they use the trade off is worth it. The meals are prepared with no MSG and symbols appear on the menu indicating if the dish is spicy. The comfort and cleanliness combined with the layout of the interior gives it an airy feel to the place. Oh yeah, they have the tastiest fortune cookies I’ve ever had. If you have the need for something sweeter, there’s a See’s candy store next door.

One thing I hate the most is when people have bad customer service especially because I am in customer service. The male worker gave my fiancé and I am attitude. We asked for extra sweet and sour sauce and teriyaki sauce but they kept having there own conversation not acknowledging what we said they gave us one of each and there are two of us. Idk but their attitude was terrible and there is no excuse especially when there is barely anyone in the restaurant. Food is good but they need to work on their customer service.

Panda usually gives a great amount of food but this location always gives a smaller amount. When I asked for more, chicken, she added two pieces then put the lid on so I could not ask for more. I know it’s fast food, but seriously, the employees serving can do a little better of a job

I have to say that this is the cleanest and freshest location I have seen yet! The staff is quick and courteous as well. I always get the orange chicken and fried rice which is delicious. Great to see some pride when it comes to fast food these days… Very nice and I will be back!

This panda is by far the worst panda I have ever been to! To start off the worker chrislyn or whatever her name was(she has a mole on her face) had a horrible attitude and when I asked for a little more chow main since she put very little in my bowl she rolled her eyes. Then also while she was doing my food a guy helped my fiancé and when he asked for more chow main he got annoyed. Then after chrislyn asked if that was all we wanted and I said no I wanted 1 egg roll and she rolled her eyes again and snapped her mouth and asked if it was chicken or veggies, I told her veggies and she threw it on the tray and shoved it at my fiancé then I told her I wanted a drink too, then she asked me if it was for here or to go I told her for here and louder she asked again and I told her again. With attitude she gave us the total my fiancé paid and went to sit. I felt so uncomfortable being in there with the attitude we were given so we decided to just leave. I thought the motto of panda was to be happy. My fiancé was on the phone with his mom and told her of the situation and she said we had to go in and complain but I didn’t want to do that cause I’m not like that. Im not one to speak up. So she called and told them we want a refund and how we felt and when my fiancé went back in to get the refund he spoke to the manager song and he had an attitude as well and was giving him problems and a guy working was giving my fiancé dirty looks. And this chrislyn girl was making faces with her hands up telling him stuff. Horrible customer service. This place is a joke. The owners need to check the cameras and pick their employees wisely! The Norwalk panda is so much better then this place. And they have awesome customer service! This occurred May 23rd @ around 3:00 I believe. There is this girl mary and she’s the panda police be aware. Apparently people can’t speak freely. Some people need to mind their own business if they don’t know what happened. My review is honest and I think they look even worse for having little girls running their mouth. I never get free food nor do I ever ask for it. This panda just sucks. This is the first time We got a refund and that’s cause they are by far the worst panda ever. Sorry I’m blunt and I’m honest about what I post. if my intentions were to get«a free food» as mary said I would have ordered the family feast plus more.

On April 23, 2015 My son put his retainers away in a napkin and put them to the side of his food the we order. But when he was done he throw away the container and accidentally throw away his retainers as well. When we can back to the restaurant 15 minutes later there were two girls on the counter and right away help my son try to find his retainers from the trash. He found them!!! Thanks ladies for you help.

My raw chicken was not so appetizing. Mistakes happen, but raw chicken is unacceptable.

By no means is this authentic Chinese food, lol. Every Panda is pretty much the same. Same food, same prices and same portion,(always leaving you with«one more shrimp please» look. So skimpy. Gotta give them credit for having a great location and friendly staff. They always get busy around lunch time 12 – 2 and the times I have went there have been a line.

In here right now as I am writing this review and I love this Panda Express! It’s my first time coming here and I feel that their portions are very generous, especially with the entrees you have to pay extra with such as the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Angus Steak. I got myself a two entrée plate, honey walnut shrimp and egg tools and it was $ 8.67 because the honey walnut shrimp is an extra $ 1.25 but they gave me a good amount, unlike some Panda Express and they give you like a couple pieces only.

Freshly made when I ordered chicken and string beans. Above and beyond customer service by the young lady at the register and as a server!

This is a nice Panda. Its new clean and the staff is very friendly and hospitable. I’m guessing its a family owned and worked business. Everyone seems happy to be here. I think portions are ok. Like anywhere else, it depends who you get.

My biggest complaint is the layout of the establishment. It isn’t immediately discernible what items are available; there is no board of selections. One has to walk the curved counter toward the back to see everything. If you walk behind the other patrons in line they think you’re cutting in line. If you walk where the tables and chairs are, it isn’t easy to see the labels of the food or the food. If you wait until it is your turn you’re expected to know what you want. I just think it could be laid out in a more pleasing manner or at least have a list of the day’s menu items in plain sight.

Panda Express is dangerously addicting. Don’t eat here unless you want to crave this food for the rest of your life. Must be some new form of MSG.

Been coming here since they opened. Have noticed that the food portion is getting more n more smaller. And the stingest server is the manager. And sometimes they don’t make enough good and people have to wait. It’s too bad that some businesses are generous at first but once established, they take advantage of the people. We’re definitely not getting what we paid for. Time to go somewhere else I think.

Just showed up at 9:35 pm. I was craving panda and to my dissapointment it was already closed! So much for open/close hours. I guess 9:30 is the new 10:00pm. Way to go Panda! Customers first! Not! Get on the ball.

Clean place and courteous staff. The food is fresh and portions are large. They are not stingy with samples. The prices are a little high and I wish they weren’t stingy with their soy sauce. Other than that, I would have given them 5 stars. We will come back.
