A1 Castle Carpet Cleaning

This is the worst carpet cleaning service I have ever used. I got them by accident thinking they are the good cleaners I have used in the past who pre-​treated all spots and spent about an hour and a half working hard to get my industrial carpeting cleaned to looking presentable. A1 showed up and were here only 15 minutes telling me they were done. They charged 89 and did not have change for the 5 twenties I gave them. Not only did the spots not get cleaned, it appears they dumped the dirty water all over my carpeting which didn’t show up until a few hours later. Now there are HUGE brown stains all over that weren’t there before. Don’t hire this service! Their work isn’t only shoddy, your carpet is worse after they leave and by default of not carrying change with them (11 bucks!) you end up paying more than they quote you upon arrival (NOT on the phone) and you have to call someone else to clean up the mess they leave.
Now A1 Castle’s phone is disconnected! I have resorted to calling Uptown Whittier Flooring to come out and clean up the mess this company made. Even if the phone was in service I would not trust A1 Castle to rectify their worse than shoddy carpet cleaning.
Was it even who they say they are who came out to my house?! Unbelievable. I really do hope that if the phone is put back in service that any potential customers find this review I am writing and not use them!
PS this is the first time I have Unilocaled., I signed up for this just to report this scam carpet cleaning service. $ 100 down the drain! Who got the extra $ 11 you didn’t have in change? Maybe you can put it towards your phone bill! On second thought DON’T, you deserve to be put out of business completely,
Update: I just returned from the house out of which this carpeting cleaning company runs their business. Their trucks have «Pozo’s Brother’s Carpet Cleaning» on them so they go by two names. I told the young man who answered the door he had left my carpet in worse shape than when they came. He said he was sorry to which I said, «Are you sorry enough to return my $ 100?» He did. He acted as if he did not know their phone was out of service. I had also called the number for Pozo’s Brothers after doing an internet search,. No one was available to answer it.
Whether they returned my money or not, I do NOT recommend this carpet cleaning service, My only hope now is that Uptown Whittier Flooring can clean the mess A1 left so I do not have to completely recarpet my den,
