History
Established in 2013.
As a recently immigrated family to the United States, we are happy to have taken over Gina’s Pizza, a fifty-year-old establishment, to bring our special family history and recipe across the border.
Our secret adobo recipe originates from the cobble-stoned streets of Mexico City, over fifty years ago. As a family of «taqueros» we have been honing our skills over generations to create authentic and unique recipes. We have complimented our meat marinates with our red and green salsas, which people cannot get enough of! We have specialized in serving tacos, tortas and gringas since 1989 and we are excited to begin this new chapter of family, food and love!

Oscar El Gordo S.
Business Owner
Oscar, better known as «El Gordo,» has been serving tacos since 1989. When he married his better half, they inherited the coveted secret family recipe. Together, they added their own culinary flare and opened several taquerias in Mexico. Now, they are thrilled to have the opportunity to share their life’s work with family and friends in the United States. And they’re excited to learn and practice their English!
