History

Established in 1974.

Eugene Started this cleaning business when he was just a teenager. Most of the cleaning services offered at that time were related to after hours cleaning in offices and restaurants. In 1982 he decided to focus on carpet and upholstery cleaning and since then, many other services have been added. There was a point where we needed to decide to grow to a large company or keep it «small». We decided to keep it simple, So down to this day we only run two or maybe three vans at a time. This has proven to be wise as it affords us the time to keep our quality up and the chance to focus on the things that really matter in life.

I called Nu-​Look and expected Attila — surprise, he sold his business to MCC. Josh showed up within the time window and got to work. We had just had some construction done, and our hallway was a mess. Josh just left and my carpet looks great. Thanks for the great service!

We just had our couches cleaned by Jaime and his assistant Josh, They arrived on time, looked professional, and got right to work. Our couches look brand new. They both did a fantastic job. The truck and equipment looked great and their service was excellent. We have our own business, so customer service is very important to us. Gene is IICRC certified and has ongoing continuing education in regard to carpet treatment and maintenance. He’s an expert. He’s honest. He charges a fair price, and does the best work you can find.
We had him clean and seal our ‘mission tile’ in the dining and kitchen areas, did an excellent job at a fair price.
Then I’d spilled coffee on our new carpet that had just been installed by Superior on 9th in Upland. Gene personally made three trips to the house, the first of which on an immediate basis, in a process that culminated in the use of a substance and specialized machine which restored the carpet.
I can’t emphasis enough this man’s congeniality and integrity. He’s highly regarded in the business locally. Very Highly Recommended.

I found them on Google when looking for someone to clean bathroom tub surround tile. It’s 26yrs old, the old 4×4 bumpy white squares. Gene came this morning & the bathroom tub & surround looks brand new (but with old fashioned tile lol). I would definitely use them again-​I now might do it yearly. They also do upholstery, carpets, air ducts, food damage.

I have used MCC Carpet Cleaning repeatedly. I highly recommend MCC for their loyalty and timely manner in which they are very good about coming at the time they say they will be there. I especially like the fact that Gene, the owner takes his time and makes sure that all work is done properly and efficiently. He doesn’t try to sell you something else, but if asked, he will suggest or recommend a product if needed. You can tell MCC that Amy Hollon referred you to them!!!
