I am a longtime, regular, customer of this DD shop, and for the first time ever, I received the most rude, incompetent service, and from of ALLPEOPLE-THEMANAGER! He is not only rude but has basic comprehension problems. What part of ‘this is not what I ordered’ was difficult to understand? Yet I repeated just that SEVERALTIMES, and he basically said, ‘Huh?! I don’t know what you are talking about.’ And THIS is management material?! YIKES! I drove off INDISGUST after paying, but not receiving the item I ordered. I called up to complain to the manager, and was shocked to find he was the manager. UNBELIEVABLE! And he was once again surly. I will never patron this DD again, which is a shame because the staff who work under him, have always been extremely courteous and capable. ANYONEOFTHEMWOULDMAKEFORMOREPROFICIENTMANAGEMENT, than that individual. Dunkin Donuts you need to elevate your standards for managers. This person would have been a better hire for maintenance, where he would not interact with the public.
