Joan Harris, co-​owner

She wanted to do something different, to build something and have a little fun in the process. Joan always wanted a store of her own, so on her 75^th birthday she began building out the Joan’s Place. She is charismatic, energetic, and willing to take chances. She enjoys trying new ideas and hunting for new product lines. Like the store, Joan is constantly evolving and unafraid of change.

Patrick Harris, co-​owner

Former pilot, Patrick’s career sent him throughout the United States, Europe, and South America. He paired up with Joan over the summer after a conversation regarding a desire for a new life and a new challenge. Although he was designed for a completely different profession, Patrick has welcomed the change and has added a male perspective to the store.
