We opened the first IL office for Fathom Realty in 2014, representing our national brokerage as the 14^th state. Fathom Realty was awarded the prestigious Fortune 500 small business award that same year for national growth.

Personally invested in Real Estate since 1981, I’ve assisted others as a licensed Realtor since 2001. Experienced gained as a former owner of two Keller Williams franchises, led me to open the first Fathom Realty office in the state of Illinois in 2014.

An entrepreneur by nature, I consider myself a matchmaker rather than a sales person. It is especially rewarding to listen as a client expresses their needs and desires then search and FIND the perfect home for their family! It’s the thrill of the search, the satisfaction of locating exactly the right property and knowing I’ve participated as a small part of God’s hand in my clients life that fuels enthusiasm and high energy.

Today, Real Estate transactions are increasingly complex. Patiently educating each client, advocating on their behalf and proactive communication lead to successful closings. My clients trust results in over 60% of my business being repeat or by referral — the highest compliment I can receive.
