Dave H.

Manager

Dave has served the Real Estate Industry in Chicago since 2006. Most of his career in Chicago’s Real Estate Market has involved representing tenants and buyers in the Western Suburbs. Starting out with a blend of Property Management and Leasing, Dave has negotiated hundreds of transactions from both sides of the table.

Dave’s current role with Tenant Advisors involves mostly Office Tenant Representation in the East /​West Corridor of Chicago (Westmont, Oak Brook, Oakbrook Terrace, Downers Grove, Lombard, Lisle, Naperville, Aurora, Etc.). Tenant Advisors is one of Chicago’s premier Tenant Advisory firms, with more than 1000 suburban transactions negotiated.
