I had a sewer cleaning company damage my sewer line at the point where it ties in to the city line. I was dead in the water. (pun intended). This was on a Friday at 12:45pm. Called Apex and they had a guy at my house by 2:00 pm. We went over the problem and was given what I believe to be a fair quote. (these repairs are never cheap) I accepted the quote and Apex had a crew at my house by 9:00 am on Saturday. The crew was hard working, polite and professional. The break in the sewer line which was 17′ deep was repaired and the hole was filled by 6:00 pm that day. For me, they made this bad situation smooth and easy during a stressful time for my family. Thank you Apex!

Very frustrating experience with Apex. Hired them at the recommendation of my Realtor to fix a sewer line, and install a new floor drain in the utility room of the house I purchased. Got a quick estimate, and was able to schedule the work at a convenient time. No issues with the sewer line repair. The floor drain was a different issue. They showed up multiple hours late on the first day, and continued to do so throughout the project (2 day job that became 8.) Never got phone calls from them regarding what was going on.
Ultimately the work got done, and they did offer me a discount for the issues. But the process was anything but smooth.

I have recommended Apex to many of my real estate
clients for Sewer line inspection and repairs. They do a magnificent job, have great customer service and will save you money! You cannot go wrong with Apex!!!

Brian and his team came out to our house on 2000 block s. Logan St to do some emergency plumbing work. They were extremely professional and kind and took care of the situation right away. Even though a portion of our fence had to come down to get a digger into the back yard, the team leader, Joel, took the time to put the fence up better than before and make sure everything was cleaned up to perfection. I highly recommend Apex plumbing and will use them again should I need additional plumbing work.

Wow I wish I would’ve read all of these reviews before I hired Apex plumbing. It would have saved me six months of stress and frustrations! Like everyone else on here I was promised to have my sewer line replaced and the yard would look the same way It did before they started the work.
They claimed they were finished installing the sewer line, all the grass in my backyard was gone all that was left with dirt and mud. At two large puppies imagine how well that went over. Which reminds me that when they left for the day of work they did replace the fence so my dogs got out, after finishing their day of work.
Six months later after I had been fighting to get everything fixed the owner finally got involved! I started dealing with owner, who was rude and very confrontational. I realized… I know where the employees get their customer service skills. I was so fed up I just paid them to be done! I would not recommend Apex to my worst enemy!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. A very dishonest company. We paid them $ 3,500 to replace the outside plumb lines for our rental property 20 months ago. The pipe burst 2 weeks ago and we incur $ 1,000 water fees. They refuse to pick up the water bill. Instead, they charge us $ 2,500 to fix the broken pipes. They would not honor the warranty. Don’t believe anything about this company. Please pick another plumbing company otherwise you’ll as regret as I am.

I had Apex Plumbing replace my 70ft sewer at my old home in Denver. The sewer pipe went under the house and I was doing an addition so I had to get it replaced. They pipe bursted the section under the house and dug a 25 ft trench for the rest. I don’t think you could get better customer service from any other company. They were very helpful answering all my questions every step of the way and if something needed changed they were right on it. I am very happy that I went with them and I feel that the price was very fair for the service that I received. Thanks Apex Plumbing & Rachel! No more backups for me…

I have nothing but great things to say. Lyric help me out in a tough situation. I was quoted a complete sewer line replacement. The pricing was great for the same service 4 other companies quote.
The crew was a bit early (which was OK) and very nice. They explained what they were going to do and answered all my questions. They worked hard and got the job done in one day.
I would definitely use (although I hope I don’t have to) and recommend them to my closest friends.

This guys did a great job on our sewer line repair in June 2013. Due to a water feature in the backyard, they were forced to excavate 12′ by hand to make the repair. The crew was very polite and made no gripes about the work, even though it was a tough job. I would definitely hire APEX again for work in the future.

Apex redid our sewer right before we moved into our 1911 bungalow. We had it scoped during inspection and it was in quite a state. The previous owner agreed to have it repaired and hired Apex. Upon moving in Apex still had not put our sod back in place stating that the weather was not ideal… They never put the sod back in place. Apex also broke up our sidewalk and front curb. About 3 month after we moved in we started having major plumbing issues (basement sink would back up and take hours-​days to drain). We had 3 different plumbers out at our house and two of which told us that Apex did a shoddy job repairing our sewer and that we again had standing water. We were advised to have them come ware tee their work (original paperwork for the sewer repairs had a 5 year warrantee). I called up Apex they came out to take a look and assured me that they did a good job and that they weren’t concerned about the standing water. Then get this, not only were they not going to warrantee their work they tried to charge me over $ 100 to scope it! They even threatened to take me to collections if I didn’t pay, but when I said I would be happy to contact the better business bureau to get this resolved I never heard from them again. This is a dishonest company, I highly advise finding a more reputative plumber!

We didn’t hire Apex – the people whose home we bought hired Apex to fix the plumbing situation we discovered when we did a sewer scope for our inspection. So I cannot speak to customer service in terms of pricing, initial customer service and responsiveness. What I can comment on, however, is the aftermath of Apex’s work. First, we were told that our yard would have sod put back down after the work. Now that might have been a miscommunication on the part of the seller, but I will say that our yard was absolutely torn up and pieced back together so it looked like a patchwork quilt. What grass remained was covered in dirt and mud, so claiming that they «relandscape» after they are finished with the work is a very loose statement. Also, Apex ran something (presumably some type of machinery) into our gutter and totally crashed it in. How they didn’t realize they did this is beyond me, but I will give them credit for coming out and fixing it (after numerous unanswered calls and emails from our realtor to them). In addition, they completely destroyed our sprinkler system. Once again, they did try to come out and make it right after repeated calls/​emails but it was to no avail – the damage was much more extensive than their «sprinkler guy» realized. We ended up having to pay someone $ 400 to come out and unclog the system from dirt, replace several sprinkler heads, and run an entirely new line because in their haste Apex completely eliminated several sprinkler heads and hooked up a line incorrectly. So after having our yard dug up once to fix the pipes, a second time by their sprinkler guy, and then a third time by our own sprinkler guy our yard may finally be on the mends. While they were eventually responsive to the problems, it was incredibly alarming to me that there were so many things Apex didn’t seem to notice and remedy without us contacting them first. I have to say, the lack of conscientiousness on the part of Apex makes us really concerned regarding the quality of the actual plumbing work…

We found out we needed a new sewer line during an inspection to sell our house. The buyer walked away but we called Apex to inspect the line so that we wouldn’t have any issues with any other buyers. We decided to repair the entire line even though there was only one break in the line. Apex provided us a reasonable quote and were able to get started right away. In the midst of the line replacement, they found greater damage than was anticipated. I had a hole in my yard and a hole in my finished basement with a large pile of dirt next to it when I was told they had to dig more to get to undamaged line. I was panicking knowing that I was turning away house showings while the work was being done. However, within 48 hours the holes were filled, the carpet back in place and besides the backhoe that sat in front of my house for the weekend, you would not have known they were here at all. Within 4 days we had our house under contract and past through the inspection with no issues. Thank you!

Apex plumbing put a new sewer line in for us. They stuck by their quote which was very reasonable and were done within 2 days. Their guys were friendly and cleaned up well before they left.
