Having had one bad experience with a plumber, I’m gun shy. I went on line, read all the great reviews for Jordan and Dr. Drain, and hoped for the best. The reviews are correct: Jordan is absolutely great. Jordan and Duncan are friendly and empathetic. They diagnosed the problem with the sump pump drains immediately and set to work. They also inspected a downspout by the front door and couldn’t tell where it drained. They found the end of the drain under dirt and sod where landscapers buried it 25 years ago. People with plumbing emergencies lose sleep and worry about cost and damage to their homes. Jordan and Duncan are very attentive to people’s concerns. Perhaps more importantly, they know what they’re doing!

I highly recommend Dr. Drain! My wife and I woke up to a leaking water heater recently and I immediately started calling plumbers. Jordan was one of four I called. He answered all my questions and pretty much diagnosed the issue over the phone. I like that he was patient and never rushed me to make a decision until I was ready.
We ended up needing a new water heater. Jordan was able to install it with his assistant the same day. He was running a little late and get this… he actually called to let me know. This simple courtesy goes a long way in my book. He was comparably priced with the other plumbing companies, which is important but not the most important thing. His level of customer service blew the others out of the water!
We would definitely use Dr. Drain again without hesitation. Thanks again Jordan.

I recently had a fantastic experience working with Jordan from Dr. Drain. Communication was excellent from the first contact, and he arrived right on time for our schedule appointment 2 days later. Not only did Jordan do excellent work, but I found his pricing and assessment of our problem to be fair and accurate. Absolutely no pressure to do more work than was necessary. Jordan seemed genuinely unimpressed with the old work that he was repairing (not his), which tells me that he takes real pride in the quality of the work that he does himself. Will gladly use his service again, and would highly recommend to others.

I highly recommend Jordan from Dr. Drain! My husband and I just bought a new home and called our emergency number for our warranty early Saturday morning due to water and a smell in the basement. After our home warranty sent a cleanup crew and they had informed us it was a sewage issue and that the warranty would not cover or even call us a plumber we thought we would need to wait at least a day or two to get someone out, especially since it was late on a holiday weekend!
After several calls and reading bad review upon bad review, we stumbled across Dr. Drain and he was our last hope. He asked all the right questions, gave us an estimate over the phone and was at our house in less than a half hour. Jordan was super professional and walked us through every step and even checked out our basement and other pipes to make sure there were no other serious issues.
I would highly recommend and we will use Jordan again for any of our plumbing needs!!!

First, Jordan is fantastic! We had a blocked sewer line that backed up into our basement. Before we contacted Jordan another plumber recommended replacing a section of our sewer line, a $ 4,500 fix. Jordan was able to come out very quickly and resolved the issue by cleaning the line. He even stuck around to help us with a few other minor repairs while he was here. All at a VERY reasonable price. We’ll never call anyone else!

Jordan is awesome! He has come to our home twice: once to install plumbing for 4 sinks, and another to run a water line to our fridge. He is communicative, prompt, friendly, fun and helpful. And he works hard to make sure his work is done right. He even called me to make sure things were working well the next day. Great service and reasonable pricing!

We had a leak in our bathtub faucet that suddenly went from small to serious so we called Jordan on a Saturday morning. Became over right away. He explained everything he was doing and showed us the parts he was replacing and stayed until he was sure that not one more drip was going to come through. He advised that we might want to replace the fixtures at some point because he couldn’t guarantee a permanent fix using what we had but he was not being pushy about it at all. He was really a nice guy and the price was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend him!

Jordan was able to come the same day and replace a broken drainpipe. He is very personable and upbeat. He stayed to help reinstall the dishwasher and make sure the drain wasn’t leaking We would definitely call him again

In summary, I highly recommend Dr Drain and Jordan!
We had a clogged drain from the kitchen sink that flooded the cabinet and leaked into the basement underneath. We also have 4 kids so we use the sink a lot. I called at 6:30AM and Jordan picked up on the 3rd ring. He said he woud be at our house at 10AM and he was there right at 10AM. He fixed the problem and then checked and double checked it to make sure it was truly solved. He also used a camera to insure the pipes were finally clean. Afterwards, he cleaned up completely. Before his car left our driveway, we had a receipt emailed to us.
Plumbing issues suck however you look at it, but Jordan made the whole process easy and he explained evertything every step of the way.
Highly recommended and I will definitely use him whenever I have a plumbing issue.

This plumber is amazing. Jordan was at my house within an hour of calling and fixed my problem within minutes. Then spent extra time fixing another plumbing issue he found without additional charge.
