I love Daniel Phu eyes lashes! I went there twice and I am so happy with the result! Mai did very good job! I like her so much! She is very nice, friendly and performed professional job! I recommend people go to see her!

this is an amazing place, just a dream come true, i’ve had my eyelashes for more than a month and they just look spectacular like the first day, i cried, i showered, everything and my eyelashes are still beautifull, no better place than this one!!! thank you mai you did an awesome job!!! i love it!!! i totally recommend mai she is adorable, super nice and she has a lot of patience!

Mai did the most amazing job! She took her Time and was very meticulous with each lash. Worth every penny! I highly recommend them and her.

I am appalled by the lack of respect and customer service given at Longmi.
First, they are rude and play favorites. Second, they caused me to have a
problem with my eyes, due to the glue or product they used and refused to
accept any responsibility.
Also, they are supremely lacking in professionalism and should not be in business
in Beverly Hills.

By advertising, I wanted to extend my eyelashes at Lôngmi on Bolsa Ave. When I called and scheduled an appointment with Daniel Phu, the staff first asked me if I am a movie star or an actress in the showbiz, I told her I am just an ordinary person. The staff told me that she would call me back. About 10 minutes later, the staff called me back, and she informed me that Daniel Phu was out of the country, so I would get his student, Mai, to extend my eyelashes. The staff also mentioned that Mai was very busy, and she was all booked for the day so I have to wait for another day. I told her that I don’t live in CA and I would leave CA in a few days. So, the staff told me she would try her best to ask Mai to squeeze me in.
Fortunately, I’ve got it. Mai agreed to extend my eyelashes in the afternoon. When I came to the store, guess what, Daniel Phu was there, and I had to wait for Mai about 10 – 15 minutes.
Finally, I’ve got my eyelashes extension, but I was very… very… disappointed. Mai’s work was mediocre, she left the glue on the false eyelashes and they were stick together.
I told her I didn’t like her work, and I wanted to be fixed. She agreed to meet with me one more time, before I leave CA. And because the time was conflict for her, I could not come as she promised.
Oh, one more thing, when I came to the upstairs office to pay my bill ($ 180.00), I mentioned the special rate on the ad. 10% off, and I showed them the ad., the staff told me Daniel never mentioned about this special deal, so I have to pay the full price. And, I saw Mai’s appointment book, on December 29, she had only one customer in the morning and I was the second customer of the day.
Daniel, I was very… very disappointed in your service and I would never come back or recommend anyone to your store.

Katie was my favorite at the salon. She left and they won’t tell us where she is working. Can anyone tell me. Claudia would also know if you could tell me where she works. I never understand the policy of not helping out those who have serviced your clientele for years.

I have been an eyelash addict before it was a ‘thing’! I have used everyone in LA and hands down, Daniel and Jimmy are BEYOND. They are the gold standard for eyelash extensions. WOW Daniel! thank you for the amazing lashes at Roger Neal’s Oscar Suite at the Luxe Rodeo Drive on February 19^th. It’s 16 days later and my lashes look fantastic! I posted my Before and After photos pictures on Unilocal.

Just has My Lashes done love them thank you. I look and feel so glamours. They look great; and feel just like my natural lashes! My update, I have now had them on for two days looking good. As an eyelash extension specialist since 2005, I have tried many lash products from many different lash companies. Long Mi Lashes By Daniel Company has given me the most satisfactory results. Long Mi Lashes carries loose single lashes, tray single lashes, V lashes and volume lashes in many different lengths, thicknesses and curvatures. With so many thicknesses to choose from, ranging from .07, .10, .12, .15, .18, .20 etc., I am able to create different looks for all my clients and their aesthetic tastes. I especially like the Vita Primer which helps clean and dissolve mascara, oily residues from lashes and are able to make the lashes attach for much longer.
Long Mi glue is another one of my favorite products. I like this glue because it dries very fast, which helps prevent the lashes from clumping together. Using proper application techniques, the lashes will last for a very long time. How long the lashes stay on greatly depends on the technician’s techniques and how well clients take care of their lashes on a daily basis.
Because the glue dries very fast, it is important that the technician takes good care of the glue after each use. The tip must be wiped clean before placing the cap back onto the glue bottle. To prevent the glue from drying out prematurely, proper storage protocol must be followed. (Hot temperature should be avoided.) The glue must be kept in a refrigerator in between long uses. In order for the glue to last up to its maximum expiration date, it is imperative that the glue must be kept in a cool place or else it may dry out prematurely. Many factors can affect the quality and longevity of the glue. Manufacturing expiration date is only suggestive. Longevity of the glue is depended on you. For every lash technician, replacing the glue in timely manner is very important practice for proper lash application. I hope that my review will help our fellow eyelash technicians excelling in this very rewarding and prosperous Eyelash Extensions career.

I love Daniel– he is the best! I’ve been going to him and his niece Holly for about 5 years and hands down, has the most gentle technique in the industry; his lashes last the longest; the glue doesn’t sting, burn or irritate your eyes; AND they look NATURAL. He is committed to do the best every time, giving you personal service according to what you want. His brother Jimmy and his staff are all equally talented — he has training classes to teach his patented method. I make sure for every big occasion (my wedding, birthdays, holidays), I have to see Daniel or a member of his team. I’d never let another lash person touch my lashes… Ever. Only go to Long Mi!

I have never gotten eyelash extensions done before but I have seen many people have eyelash extensions done before and they always look clumpy and the eyelashes stuck together. I heard about Longmi lashes and decided to get them done since they were doing a promotion. It was a great experience and my lashes look amazing. I’ve had them on for about 2 weeks and still no problems. I never felt pain or irritation. Customer service was great. They always asked if I was ok and comfortable. The eyelashes I got are individual and look very natural. Also since I really liked the way my eyelashes came out I decided to buy some of their products and so far everything works great. I really like how their glue works and how it lasts up to 6 months. Definitely recommend this place.

I purchased a starter kit from this company in April at a hair show. Today I finally had a chance to use this kit for the first time and I noticed the entire adhesive glue bottle had dried up. I called the company and told them the glue has a expiration date of 11 – 2014. Basically, the customer service department refused to send me a replacement bottle and claimed they told buyers that the glue is only good for 6 months on new or opened bottle. Even though the bottle was still within the 6 month period, they still don’t have the decency to replace the glue or refund my money. This was a huge disappointment as I spent $ 126 for the kit and I can’t even use it because I don’t have the proper glue. I am disgusted how they handled this situation. Sham on your company!!! RIP OFF ARTIST!
