I originally had my eyelashes done for the first time by another person and I was really dissatisfied with it, so that same day that I got them done I texted Vivian asking if there was anyway she could fix it for me and she said she’ll do what she can but it wouldn’t be much due to the fact that I already had a lot of lashes installed and she couldn’t take them out, she charged me for a fill and it came out so much better than the lashes I had before even though she was only able to put a few lashes here and there to add some volume I was still extremely happy with how it turned out, so for the last 3 months since I’ve first gone to her she’s been my go to eyelash girl and I get compliments on them ALL the time, her volume set is GORGEOUS. Her work area is very clean and relaxing, when I first got my eyelashes done by this other girl that I didn’t like I could literally feel her stabbing lashes into my lashline and it was very uncomfortable, when Vivian does my lashes it’s the most relaxing thing ever! I look forward to my sessions with her cause I end up dozing off here and there and I’m instantly put into a deep relaxation, you can hardly tell when she’s applying the lashes, she has very light hands and on top of that she’s an extremely pleasant person!

My friend recommended me to Vivian about a year ago and she’s amazing! I have not been interested to go anywhere else, the reason why I love going to Vivian is because instead of refilling my lashes, she’ll remove whatever I have left after 3 weeks and place on an entirely new set after cleaning my lashes thoroughly. She’s so sweet and is very easy to make appointments with. I’ve recommended her to a couple of friends who have become regulars with her as well.

My first eyelash extension experience and it was horrible. Thanks Vivian for making it so miserable. The eyelash itself was nothing wonderful. She acted like she was the eyelash extension guru. She’s definitely not! Her lashes are horrible. I will never go back to her. She poke me a lot. She also got glue in my eye. She didn’t spoke to me once about the lashes or what to do. I told her it was my first time but she was not helpful at all. She straight up had a stick up her butt the whole time. She just wanted my money. She didn’t care at all. I’m so disappointed I wasted $ 130 plus tip on her and got nothing out of it but these horrible lashes that I could have done myself. I highly recommend getting someone else to do your lashes and don’t waste your money on her.

Review for volume lashes
Got my initial set, came in with some pretty crazy lashes due to a cheap cluster set done at my local nail shop.
She took me in super late notice, and was patient to take off the nasty set, she replaced them with full lush lashes that are very natural but noticeable to look done.
So far so good !

It was the second or third time I had gotten eyelash extensions and needed a fill. I found Vivian through some friends and read on some Unilocal reviews. When I called her, she was flexible with her hours and wanted to see what was best for me. Fortunately I was pretty flexible and she was able to fit me in a couple days later. When I arrived, she explained everything, checked my lashes and decided it was better to start fresh. Her requirement for fills are usually at 40% full and mine were not. Vivian took her time, explained her process step by step and patiently answered all my concerns. She was very thorough and gave me extra eyelash brushes to take home.
Would I recommend her? Yes, make sure you call in advance and have a clear schedule. It does take a couple hours, but you’ll feel beautiful afterwards I promise!

I recommend everyone to go to Vivian ! She is absolutely amazingggg. I used to always wear false eyelashes but they got annoying so I thought I should try extensions. She replied right away and scheduled me on late notice. My eyelashes came out PERFECT. Its been almost 3 weeks and they still look perfect.

After immensely Unilocaling around to find a new lash artist (my first one was great, but my schedule didn’t fit with her hours), I decided to give Vivian a try. I’m the type to read through all the reviews, look at all the pictures and even look on IG. I have to be able to trust someone to get that close to my eyes! And Vivian’s reviews and pictures did just that.
Vivian was very accommodating with scheduling me at a later time and always quick to respond. She was super sweet and made sure she knew exactly how I wanted my lashes. I liked that she took her time and they turned out better than I imagined. I wanted them a bit longer and more volume, and she mixed some classics with volume lashes and I absolutely love them.
The price was also very reasonable compared to other places I’ve looked at. I will definitely be back for my next fill. Thanks again Vivian!

I love Vivian! Her service is great! She’s very meticulous at what she does and her lashes look amazing! Reasonable price, and she is very flexible in working to accommodate to your schedule. I am very happy with how my lashes turned out. definitely will be booking with her again very soon.

Vivian is amazing! She does incredible work and takes her time so it’s perfect. She is also flexible and works with your schedule. Her prices are super reasonable for the work she does. She is honestly the best around.

I’ve only gotten lashes once before coming to Vivian. I had a wedding to go to in LA & had no time before to get my lashes done.
Luckily Vivian had time to take me on a super short notice (thanks for being super flexible!!)
I got her volume set. Best advice from her for a very reasonable price. &&& she didn’t take my lashes off from my previous job, (there was a few) she just added more and made them look full and made it work. Couldn’t even tell which ones were from the last set.
It’s about 3 weeks since I’ve had my lashes done and I still have 80% of the extensions on me. They look full still!
I definitely recommend her, especially all the way from San Jose! I’d definitely come back and get it done with her again if the opportunity presents itself.

I LOVE my lashes by Vivian! She’s awesome! Very thorough and gives great recommendations on what you’re looking for. She only uses silk/​mink on her clients… so you’re getting quality lashes, ladies. She’s also very easy to talk to. She’s a keeper!

My girlfriend gets her lashes done by Vivian and i love the way she looks when she gets them done. My girlfriend is always happy after an appointment with Vivian. Vivian is really nice and always is good on scheduling. Would definitely recommend her for a quality lash job.

I use to be very skeptical about eyelash extensions. I heard it would take out your real eyelashes when they fall out but I was referred to Vivian and decided to try it out. I have to say she is the best! She really careful and puts on each lash with care. I would def recommend going to her!

I tried lash extensions a few times in the past and always ended up peeling them off because they felt heavy and unnatural. I swore up and down that I would never get them again until my friend referred me to Vivian and I’m really glad I tried her out! Although I can see a difference, I can’t feel it! It’s been 2 weeks and they still look and feel amazing!

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions as my eyelashes are normally a good long length so I didn’t think I needed them but they do so much for me! I usually like to look natural during the week with only mascara and lipstick but this has saved me so much extra time, I just throw on lipstick and go! Vivian took her time and was very patient because I have a lot of eyelashes and they turned out amazing! They are so light that I even forget that they are not my natural lashes. I’m in love with my lashes and I can’t stop looking at them in the mirror! =)

I’ve been wearing false lashes since forever until I was referred to Vivian. Never would I consider in having eyelash extensions but can I say… oh my goodness the BEST decision Ive ever made. It saves me so much time when getting ready for work and or going out. Vivian’s very attentive so I would recommend anyone who wants beautiful lashes to come see her. You won’t regret it! =)

I love my new lashes!!! They’re beautiful, fuller, thicker, longer, and the best part about all of this is its light as a feather. Vivian did such a great job and she paid attention of every detail and took her time. Did i mentioned she use good quality glue and mink lashes which can last up to 2 – 4 weeks depends on how well you care for your lashes.

AMAZING. I had considered getting eyelashes extensions for a while but was always hesitant (trust issues). I’m glad I got them done because they are a wonderful alternative to false lashes. I loved the results that Vivian gave me, they turned out beautiful and very natural looking because she REALLY took her time on me. I explained to her how I wanted them and she listened. She knows her stuff man the girl is amazing. Top of the line mink lashes, no cheap stuff.

I’ve always wanted to try lash extensions but heard of some horror stories. And I hate the inconvenience and heavy feel of gluing false lashes on so my friend referred me to Vivian.
I’m so glad I met her because she really did cater to my concerns and made sure my lashes looked enhanced without being obviously fake. They feel very light and look so pretty! She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable. Prices vary depending on how thick you want them but it was reasonable enough considering how much time it took and how flawless it looks.
