I wasn’t expecting too much. I really just come here for their Vietnamese coffee, which is pretty good. The sandwiches are ok only. Customer service needs work. Basically they take your order and nothing else. This time, I came in for Vietnamese coffee which is usually premade, but instead of making my coffee while I was the only customer there they walked around and talk to each other. Finally I ask them where is the coffee and then they went to make it and brought it out.

Was there to order some food but needed to use the bathroom first so I waited right outside the bathroom door. A worker(older lady) there came out and I can hear the toilet just got flushed but the sink was completely dried and unused. Ewwww!!! Needless to say I left without ordering anything. Super disgusting!!! Please have all your employees washed their hands after using the bathroom.

I was in a rush to a meeting. Grabbed a sandwich on my way. However I couldn’t believe this’s the«Grilled Chicken» I ordered. Harder than beef jerky. Seems like a leftover from LONGLONG time ago. The worst sandwich ever. If no star is allowed, I would give no star.

My family loves the coffee and their banh mi. The place is small, but the guy behind the counter was nice and friendly. I brought my friend here and she had trouble choosing, he helped and was patient.

Nothing special, the lady who worked there were extremely rude. The sandwiches were ok, but for that price, you can get it anywhere. Lees is nothing special.

***(Westminster)*** This is a smaller version of the Lee’s Sandwiches we’ve become accustomed to. This location is next to the Asian supermarket on Beach Blvd. I used to frequent this supermarket and this Lee’s when I lived closer to the area. But now there’s really nothing that draws me here. There’s nothing that really stands out at this location to really report. The only thing I’d drop by to get here is the ice-coffee. The caffeine content is always killer! Food = average Shopping area = clean Service = average Restroom = unknown

Well, you either like Lee’s or you don’t. I usually get their baguette once in a blue moon. A few days ago I ordered some grilled pork and chicken sandwich for a group of people, as well as a vegetarian sandwich for myself. I can’t comment on their meat sandwiches but there was no complaint after they have been devoured by some hungry guys. I, however, thought the vegetarian sandwich was great, lots of veggies and pickles. I’d definitely come back but with Lee’s it depends on who is prepping your sandwich that day/moment.

OLD Veggies… This place serves green rotten salvaged vegetables on sandwiches… some employee actually took the time to cut away the bad part of a rotten slice of green tomato and serve it to me! When I think of the time and effort spent to salvage a bad slice of tomato and serve it to a customer, it makes me think of what else does this place skimp on??? Will try to upload a pic? Really LEE’S???

Service was as other Lee’s Sandwiches. Compared to other Lee’s quality of their food, this place was disgusting. The bread was hard, the meat looked under cooked and their boba balls were hard(some were soft and squishy but the majority were hard). Their lemonade was also very sweet almost as if it was artificially sweetened, to my dismay because I had specifically ordered freshly squeezed lemonade. Also, instead of the usual lemon slice there was a lime slice in the cup. Their coffee was the only thing that was really good.

I remember when Lee’s was the new kid in town and it was all the rage. The quality has significantly gone down and their sandwiches always give me cuts on the roof of my mouth. I only go here out of sheer convenience and proximity, although I do enjoy their hot wings. Pricing is higher than I’m used to as well, you should be able to pay for banh mi from the change you find in your couch cushions, eating here might actually require you to visit the ATM or borrow a $ 1 from your friend.

Vietnamese café sua da here is so addicting! To me it is perfectly made. Strong and a perfect sweetness to it. Their subs are ok. I had better at other shops.

My husband and I are addicted to their ice coffee. We tend to grab coffee on a long road trip, or have one if we know it’s going to be a long night. I see a lot of negative reviews but every Lee’s that I’ve step foot in are generally always really busy.

Not all Lee’s are created equal. For the long road trip home, I stopped by to get 3 Xa Xiu banh mi, 1 fresh spring roll plate, and a café sua da(Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk). Although the baguette for the banh mi was fresh, the whole sandwich lacked filling. Eating the banh mi was like eating a plain baguette. Additionally, the spring roll plate and peanut sauce didn’t taste fresh. At least the café sua da was decent. However, we all agreed that we wouldn’t return… unless we just wanted to eat a baguette for lunch.

Because there are so many vietnamese sandwiches offered in Santa Ana and where im from, i dont tend to order it. I only Get banh mi at a place by my house so when i go to lees is for their vietnamese coffee or panda waffles or the corn cakes with custard. Only Some Lees offer it so u have to do a little research. Usually the lees that have their own store front will. For those who do come here for the banh mi i will say they are pretty decent the only problem is that the bread can be hard and cut the roof of your mouth. But overall the meat and veggies are good. I prefer the bbq and combination.

Horrible location! — Super slow service: took 20min to get 2 sandwiches — Ran out of a bunch of items on the menu: I tried to order 4 different items and ALL of them were out. wtf? — Service is terrible: I got major attitude from the staff — Food: sandwiches are significantly smaller than other Bahn Mi places AND smaller than other Lee’s locations — Ingredients: low quality, I got soggy cilantro in mine AVOID!

Lees is Lees. You know what to expect when you run into a Lee’s Sandwiches HOWEVER, why note about this particular location? When you’re driving solo on Beach Blvd and you want to grab something lite and affordable? And you have a craving for some Cha on bread? This place, to be honest, does hit the spot. The only catch is the competition at the grocery store right next door but if you know what you are craving, this a good place off Beach Blvd to stop at. Not too much seating since it is a little crammed up against the window, but it’s still a Lees and not too shabby.
