History

Established in 2010.

I started working for a tile setter just after high school. I made a decent wage and really enjoyed it. After about 4 years I moved on to work for another tile setter, for approximately 6 years. I then took a job as a foreman for a small construction co. for about a year. It was after this that I decided with a family of 5, I was ready to do this on my own. I’ve also maintained a part time job @ The Home Depot since 2008 Receiving Family medical benefits.

Brandon came out to bid the job and it was immediately obvious that this is someone with integrity who takes pride in his work and isn’t just out to make a quick buck. He thoroughly explained the potential issues of replacing a series of cracked tiles for me. The problem was we didn’t know the cause or how the tile was originally installed. He worked with me to create a quote based on the work actually done rather than estimating a price based on worse case scenario. The outcome was amazing!!! He was quick, reliable and very personable!

I think these guys have a ways to go before they can be fully recommended. They are tile specialists, but don’t seem to be able to coordinate with plumbing concerns in a bathroom. They cemented and tiled over crucial valves, which is not acceptable. Also, I think they need to step up their service in terms of picking out tile and coordinating with the company selling it. I had to do a lot of work myself which was not really ideal for what I paid them. They also need to be more professional about follow-​up when a customer has concerns or questions.

I am so glad that I hired Brandon from Grayson Tile to do my kitchen backsplash! After a terrible experience with a previous contractor I was nervous to let anyone new work on my home. Crandall’s Plumbing (another great company) referred us to Brandon and boy are we happy! We had an old 1972 shower that was poorly designed and in bad shape and Brandon helped us to design our dream shower. More than just removing the old and replacing it, he basically reframed the space and built a new, bigger shower that’s fantastic! He helped us pick out the hardware and tile working within our specified budget. Brandon is very honest, up front and professional.
If you are in need of a new shower or any tile work for that matter, we highly recommend Grayson.

We had Brandon do two bathrooms for us (upstairs and downstairs) as well as a total bathroom model at my Mom’s house. Brandon provided total service — from design to installation and even drove us to the tile store to help us pick out our tile — was like having a personal shopper.
The price was far less expensive than other providers and all the job were completed in time and withing budget — you can’t go wrong with Grayson.

We hired Brandon to help us spruce up our shower and he helped take a boring plastic shower and made it pop with a nice tile pattern. It came out much nicer than I ever expected. He even helped bring in a professional plumber to redo all the fixtures. As soon as I can, I will have him redo the entire bathroom. Definitely worth every penny!
