I have had my AC unit and water heater replaced by J S Harlow. I must say I am very satisfied so far and I would recommend. The owner is very honest and he completes the job according to his estimates. On both jobs, he did not charge more than what he originally estimated. He does not pull the trick such as «I have to get a tool from my shop, so it will take more time and will cost you more in labor charge».
Also, he does not recommend to replace whole unit because of minor issues. He tries his best to fix it and presents replacement as last resort.
Only reason I don’t give 5 start is because he does not provide financing for his jobs. For things like replacing furnaces, it would be very helpful.
Overall, I am very satisfied with them.
