Blue Sugar Salon & Spa

Man am I regretting not looking at these posts BEFORE going to Blue Sugar. I purchased two Groupons for my sis and I for facials. Since they only have one staff member that does facials (in Canton) we could not go at the same time. It was a chore to find two back to back appts but FINALLY we were able to get something scheduled and we were excited to try the place out. We arrived a few minutes early for our appts in case there were any forms that need to be filled out. We were told a few minutes after our appts were scheduled for that the woman who was taking care of us was running 15 minutes late. Frustrating, but understandable. Things happen. 30 MINUTES LATER there was still no sign of her. She finally arrived a few minutes after that. She took me to the room she uses — right off the locker rooms and I was very disappointed. The sheets and blankets on the area I was supposed to lay on were covered in stains, as was the towel dress she was handing me. The uncleanliness paired with the frustration of waiting over 30 minutes was enough for me to leave without receiving any services. Terrible experience!!!

The techs shared nalil cutters between me and the other customer. I had to ask her to sanitize it before using it on me. She was surprised she had forgotten. Scary.
The spa is called Blue Sugar because they have a special blue sugar mix they rub on your feet and legs. Well, today they were out of it.
The girl was older and told me about her husband who divorced her and left her for dead in San Francisco. Then, because I didn’t have sandals, she told me i had to pay $ 5 if I wanted theirs. I said no and she gave me a pair anyway.
She cut my toe nails so short and uneven that it hurt to walk for a few days.
