In love with my nails and eyebrows. My first time here. Chi did my eyebrows and Vivian did my nails. Although Vivian didn’t do my cuticles, the actual paint job is beautiful.
My eyebrows are PERFECT. They have never been so perfectly and evenly arched. I will always come back to Chi for everything

Have been getting my nails done for 30 years. Went to Luxxe Nails today and was lucky enough to have Chi as my nail technician! Amazing, so happy. Chi did exactly what I wanted and then some!

Went there 2 days ago for refills. I had Chi, and she is the most talented, experienced and up to date with the latest nails trend technician I ever met! Just tell her what you have in mind and she will make it happen! Thank you Chi! I will see you again in a couple of weeks! Now planning eyelashes extension with Chi :)

Decided to go to Luxxe today for the first time and I was not disappointed! I am very particular about manicures and look for perfection and I found it today! I called and made a appointment very easily and next thing I know, I got a text to confirm my appointment and the option to review my appointment online! This was something I had never seen before and I though it was awesome, I also got a text an hour before my appointment as a reminder. Pretty cool idea there! I arrived a little bit earlier and was greeted with smiles, I didn’t have to wait at all and was taken right to a chair for a pedicure! My technician was Thi and she was a doll, super sweet and friendly! The pedicure was awesome including the scrub, massage, and hot towel. After, I got my gel manicure! I love that Luxxe has the UV light built into the table, it makes everything so much easier! My nails came out perfect and she even massaged my hands with a moisturizing scrub with was to die for. Afterwards, I paid the receptionist and Thi personally came over with a brochure with her name on it that had all their services listed. This place is clearly all about making things easy and relaxing. With ample off street parking, friendly people, a clean salon, and a talent for nail care why go anywhere else? I’m happy to say, I’ve found my new nail salon!

Since my 1^st visit last August I’ve come an additional 4 times. Each time my experience worsened.
My latest visit the woman was behind for my appointment. They continue to struggle with balance and timing. I watched as she told 4 women «15 minute» wait.
Then she talked me into the Luxxe pedicure because I said I wanted more massage on my feet and legs. But she couldn’t tell me what it entailed. She could only say i can only have more massage if i got the luxxe. I just wanted the regular tho. The girl who did my pedicure punched my legs as if that was a massage. And it took over an hour. She never massaged my feet at all.
Service is going down and it’s too bad because I live so close. But I’d much rather go to Lovely where I can read what I’m getting and they have a hostess who keeps people from waiting too long.
2 stars because it’s clean.

Been here twice for pedicures and it is always wonderful. My heels are always rough and I have never had a pedicure where that gets them so very smooth!!!

Called to make an appointment with no set time in mind. The receptionist made me an appointment for 15 minutes from when I called. I arrived and the receptionist was friendly and started filling the sink for my pedicure. She lead me to the seat and said someone would be right with me. I sat in the pedicure chair, ignored, for 30 minutes. Only when I went to put on my shoes and leave did one of the nail technicians come over to tell me someone would be right with me. Another tech said he was finishing now. At that point it was too late for me. Why tell me to come to a scheduled appointment when it was clear it could not be accommodated?

The service was good due to the holiday and weather it was short staff so the wait was long. I got a mani and pedi that I love I will be back.

Great place overall. Here at nail care, friendly, clean place. Wish they could manage the TVA better. Sometimes they have two TVA on different channels. You can see one and hear the other. At other times scoffing horror movies on. Really, bloody faces, screaming. Not very relaxing. Try cooking show or HGTV on both TVs. Otherwise love it.

Super clean, friendly, easy parking, and a great job on mani and pedi’s! $ 30 for gel which I’m use to paying $ 25, that’s the only downside. Highly highly recommend.

Clean, fresh, friendly and a stunningly beautiful, long lasting pedicure. My legs felt 10 pounds lighter after the job.

I can honestly say my search for the perfect nail salon and spa is over. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very kind receptionist and was seen immediately. They offer a very large variety in colors in both gel and regular polish. Most importantly, I did not feel as though I were suffocating from the toxic smells of acetone and polish.
The numerous stations were spotless and provided very comfortable chairs. UV nail beds were embedded in their nail stations which was very convenient! They offer various packages in pedicures as well. My mother got the Luxxe package which she was absolutely pleased with. The manicurists and pedicurists did not rush and took their time in ensuring a wonderful experience.
I would definitely recommend this little slice of heaven to everyone!
